This hotel never disappoints! Staff at this hotel are top notch. Always smiling, always friendly, always asking how the guest slept, always hustling , manager always available to answer guests questions. All staff are very responsive to possible hazards. Breakfast staff gets high marks for hustling to fill foods and keep the area clean and clear of obstacles for arriving and leaving guest. Housekeeping is always on their A+++++ game. Lobby is always spotless as are the hallways and guest rooms. Guest rooms are the best I've ever stayed in. Rooms have kitchenettes with full size fridge, a very usable cook top range, and comes complete with all the necessary cookware utensils for a family of four. Kitchenette also comes with dishwasher tablets and dish soap. For folks who like to cook on the road, there is a Stop&Shop grocery store a very short walk away. Added bonus: the is a Applebee's in the hotel Atrium that will deliver to your room. This hotel is very well run and is a gold standard for guest service. So glad my employer puts my team up here when business needs to be conducted in the Bronx.

My stay was uncomfortable. The manger engaged with hotel guest in an inappropriate manner, and the hotel appears to be doubling as a shelter.

I had to be in the Bronx for 4 nights to attend an event and help my daughter move into nearby Einstein Med School. I initially stayed at a different hotel but moved here after one night because it was so close to the school - easy 12 minute walk - not scenic, but doable. We were surprised at how clean, comfortable and well serviced our room was. The best part was the great staff - they were so friendly, hard-working and thoughtful. Shout out to Donisha and Quinn especially, who went out of their way to make our stay great! Will definitely stay here again. If you need to be at Einstein this is the place to stay!

I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the service I experienced during my recent stay at your property. I had booked my stay for five nights but needed to check out one day early due to personal reasons. When I approached the front desk around 5:00 PM to discuss this, I was informed by the front desk staff that a refund for the unused night could not be issued because housekeeping had already left for the day and the room could not be serviced or re-rented. However, shortly afterward, I went upstairs to retrieve something from my room and observed housekeeping staff still actively cleaning other rooms. When I mentioned this to the front desk, I was told again that housekeeping had already left and there was nothing that could be done. This contradictory information suggests a lack of transparency and honesty, which is extremely concerning. The way this situation was handled was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I expect staff at all levels, from the front desk to management, to uphold honest communication and basic customer service principles. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite, leaving me highly dissatisfied with my stay. I request that you review this matter and take appropriate action, including issuing a refund for the unused night. I trust that you will address this promptly and ensure such situations are prevented in the future.

The staff, especially Winzell were super helpful. She helped my & my kids with my room and switching my room when I needed an upgrade. She helped me get checked in early too. My room was very nice & super clean. The water pressure in our bathrooms was fantastic! The bathrooms were very, very nice-spacious. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to returning to the hotel. The parking was great too! It comes with your room and they just give you a pass to display in your car. My only suggestion are more food options in-house & the AC was a little loud in the room. Both things doable but just a suggestion to make it even better!

The breakfast included completed my welcome stay! I would definitely book this hotel again.
