Merrion Row Hotel and Public House

My son and I enjoyed staying at this beautiful Boutique hotel! Our Studio King was decorated nicely and we enjoyed our view out the front window. The sofa bed is actually a trundle bed so probably better for a child rather than an adult to sleep on. If two adults are in the room requiring separate beds, better to get a room with two Queens. No closet in the room. The safe was in the bottom drawer of a dresser. The bathroom was great, particularly the shower with both a rain shower head and a separate hand-held shower head! We liked the location being only 3 blocks from Bryant Park and fairly close to most theatres! The breakfast/dining room was cosy! The decor was beautiful and the glass ceiling would make it even cosier in the rain or snow! The breakfasts were delicious! My favourite was the oatmeal bowl with fruit and nuts. Daniel was our server 3/5 mornings and he was so kind and friendly! The entire staff was friendly and kind, giving the experience a personal touch. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

WE had a great experience At This hotel. Staff was fantastic. The manger was kind friendly and professional. Easy check in Check out. Room was small but very clean. Food was excellent, Sabastian, one of the waiters was attentive, friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again.

Absolutely the best!!! From the first welcoming smile when you enter one feels safe, comfortable and confident.. this is the best in NYC. The sheets are superb!! The bed was comfortable and the pillows divine. I must say though the staff are all professional, kind and eager to make sure one has an unforgettable delightful experience in NYC. Also so close to everything but so private as well! A pleasure to come back to after a busy day in NYC.

The Merrion Row is a small hotel and one easily past up but once inside it’s a real charmer. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with a rain head shower. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They give you a 25 dollar credit to be used daily on meals and the meals are served on a courtyard and to the bar. It’s an Irish setting bar and the food is very good. I had lemon cheese pancakes with fresh fruit that was excellent.
