At arrival, the phone service to call for the hotel shuttle service was not working.
At the hotel, there was no luggage trolley for guests to load their luggages.
Overall at the reception, not very friendly.

Close to the airport - but you can only take a car to get there. Although there is a shuttle bus, you need to call. I called the front desk and they said they would be there in a while. I waited for nearly an hour. Other hotels have arrived 3-4 times. In the end, I took a taxi myself. It takes about 15 minutes for hot water to be available. I was shocked. The front desk service attitude is very poor. The hotel is located in the black area - it is best not to go out - there is nothing to eat around. In summary, the price is not cheap, the service is very poor, and the facilities are at the level of ordinary small hotels. It is strongly not recommended to stay
