While the room was a bit small, it was impeccably clean, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious. The location was superb, the staff were very friendly, and it offered good value for money.

The room was a bit on the small side. On the first day, we were initially assigned the wrong room type, but the staff promptly and proactively resolved the issue. The location was excellent – it's very close to Moynihan Train Hall and Penn Station, and Vessel is just a short 10-15 minute walk away.

Waiting for the elevator took ages as there are only two. On a positive note, complimentary water and popcorn are available on the ground floor. A significant drawback was the complete lack of a mini-fridge and microwave in the room. The staff were quite friendly and helpful, and you can easily arrange airport transfers directly with the hotel. However, the outside environment could get rather noisy in the evenings.

*Cons:The edge of the bathroom is not properly sealed, causing it to leak every time after shower. There are loud noises from the city (traffic, police, or ambulances) that can be heard until 1 or 2 a.m. each night. Additionally, there are only two elevators, which can be slow to wait for.
