Excellent location 5 minutes walked to time square. Subway station and restaurants everywhere. Booked a room, including 2 people breakfast. BKT was convenient and okay. If you drive, make sure to park your car across the hotel that parking lot. Pay the hotel directly when you checked out to get a better price. Overall, it was a very good stay.

Elevator system is horrible . During peak hours the wait is up to 15-20 mins. If I was in a hurry to airport with suitcases I should have been dead meat . Absolutely unacceptable

mostly good but elevator service is poor. only 2 out of 3 working for 40 floors. 1 day only was working and the staff tried their best but it was poor. Breakfast was average. Room was good and handy with mini kitchen

位置太方便，就在巴士站隔壁，裏火車站也很近，走路的距離，周邊吃得很多。房間兩天打掃一次，房間隔音臨街但不吵，裏面有廚房也能洗衣服，就是高層的電梯太難等了，嚴重不夠。樓下一直有咖啡和檸檬水喝，早餐免費但很基礎，都是比較便宜普通的食材，不好吃，然後很不喜歡都是一次性的餐具，覺得對環境很不友好。 最後他們家的checkout的時間比紐約別的酒店都晚！ 可以存包。
