mostly good but elevator service is poor. only 2 out of 3 working for 40 floors. 1 day only was working and the staff tried their best but it was poor. Breakfast was average. Room was good and handy with mini kitchen

We spent a week at the hotel, liked everything, we recommend the hotel. We liked the breakfast. There are omelettes and sausages, and vegetables and fruits. Thermoses with coffee and boiling water are on the 1st floor 24 hours a day. We liked the shower in the room with a convenient modern mixer, and not just a shower head sticking out of the wall above, which is a pain to adjust. The room was cleaned and towels were changed every other day. You can walk from the hotel to different metro lines, many attractions are also within walking distance. There were problems with the elevators during rush hours, but the hotel tries to reduce the inconvenience. Elevator system is horrible . During peak hours the wait is up to 15-20 mins. If I was in a hurry to airport with suitcases I should have been dead meat . Absolutely unacceptable
