I stayed at this hotel from December 23 to 29. When booking, I indicated a high floor, distance from the elevator, non-smoking. They gave me the 3rd floor, opposite the elevator, there were no smokers. The room was very old and ancient. There were no slippers, toothbrush, toothpaste. During my stay, the floors were never washed, the bed was made once. Cleaning was done on the 25th and 28th. First, they washed the toilet, shower, and sink with gloves. Then they wiped the kitchen, put on water, brought tea bags, coffee, and milk, all wearing the same gloves. The hotel has three elevators, of which only two worked for 40 floors. The reception operates according to different instructions. Some take a $250 deposit in cash, while others only accept payment by card. It was convenient for me to pay in cash, but they refused me. I had to make several transactions to pay by card. Breakfasts are standard eggs, omelettes, omelettes with cheese, sausages, cutlets, porridge is basically not bad. There were no vegetables, which is certainly necessary in the morning. A pleasant surprise were the evening gatherings from 17:00 to 18:30 where they offer a choice of beer, white and red wine, snacks of two types of cheese, olives, a loaf. The idea of ​​having a kitchen in the room is good, convenient, but everything is somehow ancient. The service is below zero. I can't upload a photo, I didn't do it because I didn't like it.

I booked it because the location and price were better than the surrounding accommodations during the peak season. There were 4 seats at the front desk, but only 1 person was working, so I waited 40 minutes for check-in, and another 10 minutes for my luggage because there was no staff. The elevator can hold 6-7 people, but 1-2 out of 3 were always under repair, and people always had to wait in line for 20 minutes to get on. When going down from the hotel room to the lobby, the button kept turning off or going down without stopping, so I always left 20 minutes earlier than scheduled and waited for the elevator. When checking out, the front desk was on their phone, so even when I spoke to them, they answered a long time later. The room was cold, and the wind was blowing through the window. When the heater was on, only hot water came out of the bathroom, so when one person was showering, one person was shivering in the room. The paper cups provided in the room had coffee stains on them, as if someone had used them. The street right in front of the hotel is a bit dangerous. Accessibility is good, but I'm not sure about the security. The breakfast is edible. But it's always crowded with people, so I recommend going before 8 o'clock.

The room facilities are not very new, but the cleaning is good. The air conditioner is old and the noise is a bit loud, but it is tolerable. The hotel is in a good location, but it is a bit noisy because it is so good.

It wasn't bad but I can't see why he would debit money from me as a deposit when I had already paid for my entire stay.
