The hotel is huge, the windows are dirty, and there's no service. During my stay, the elevators and entrances were all messed up due to lobby renovations. But there's nothing you can do about it, as it's in the heart of the world... The only warmth I felt was from the Starbucks uncle downstairs, who called me Sweety every day during breakfast...

The room was very small and the hygiene was terrible. When I opened the ice box to get some ice on the night I checked in, I found a cigarette butt! I told the front desk, and they said, "Oh, that must have been put there. We'll get you a new ice box." What kind of service is this? Don't stay here, it's too old and the service is terrible.

The location is great, but it's crowded. The hotel lobby is under renovation and we had to enter and exit through the side door, which was a bit crowded. The room was nice, but the bed was a bit too high, which was a bit uncomfortable. Everything else was fine. The hotel is just outside Times Square, which is very lively.

The toilet had leaks issue (the room in level 48). Called hotel to fix it but the first engineer was not able to find the issue. The second engineer was able to find the issue but we were leaving New York on the same day. The leak from the toilet is quite gross.
Called hotel for help for the toilet leak issue but one of people took the call just ignore the request (he did not take an action but he said he will )
