Stayed at the Sheraton Times Square Hotel. The service was professional and friendly. The room decoration was rather old. The high floors overlooked the bustling street scene. The soundproofing was a little weak but it did not affect the comfort. The room is fully equipped with basic facilities, except that the coffee machine is difficult to use. The gym is well-equipped and the business center is convenient. Breakfast was served at The Lobby Lounge, which offered a wide variety of choices. We recommend the signature eggs Benedict and freshly brewed coffee. For dinner, we tried the seafood platter, which was fresh but a little conservative in seasoning. The rooftop bar has a charming night view and creative cocktails. The overall price/performance ratio is acceptable, suitable for business travelers or short-distance tourists, and the geographical location is impeccable!

Bed is clean，location is awesome. But the attitude of the reception staff is sucks. They dont greet customer and dont even know how to smile. The lobby is very chaotic like flea market.
