Small clean room near to everything in time square.

Overall, a decent budget stay for NYC. We appreciated the separate bunk beds for my sister and I, but we did find stains in the bedsheet and had to ask for a new set. Also, perhaps it’s summer, but the beds didn’t have actual duvets or comforters; there were thin throw blankets. Also, the pillows were super soft and had an odd smell so I didn’t end up sleeping with pillows. The cleaning lady on my floor was very friendly though and offered to change our towels and empty our trash everyday. The other typical hotel room amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, water, etc.) were not provided. Location is great and very central to NYC so no complaints there. We also used the luggage storage and airport car service. We checked out at noon, went out for lunch, and came back to the car we booked. The prices are very reasonable: we paid $90 (+$10 tip) for a car to JFK that fit two people and four suitcases. A great deal compared to the at least $150 on Uber. Overall a decent stay in NYC if you are on a budget.

This is a great pick for a short trip to NYC. Great location, friendly staff, great views from all rooms, 6 wonderful elevators, complimentary city tours, luggage storage at no extra cost. If you are a frequent guest, always a complimentary upgrade is waiting for you. Come to enjoy!!

Don’t expect too much. Rooms are decent sized, and cleaned everyday. Customer service leaves one to be desired. Counter staff acts like you owe them a living. No smiles. No greetings. Almost lacking in basic courtesy. Anyway, if you’re looking for a room to stay, and don’t care much about how the front service staff are, it’s decent given its location. Also kudos to the evening bar tender. Probably the only friendly face you will see in the whole place.

It is a choice for solo travelers who come to New York City. Fair price, good service and amazing location give customers excellent experience and convenient access to every corner of NYC.

Pod Times Square is perfect if you are solo, great location, room was basic but clean, cleaned every day, clean towels, hairdryer and tv. My view was of the Hudson River, what's not too like. Walking tours every day if you are interested. Bar facilities, including happy 2 hours and coffee, muffins etc available for breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back. I stayed in a Queen room which slept two which was fine for me, just be aware if you are sharing as it is small but hey how long are you in your room in NYC.

Clean, and daily check ups. The location is 10/10, pizza places, gyms, MSG, Broadway, amc, 5th avenue and even the public library is a walk away :)

Check in was easy. We had a bunker bed that served its purpose. The room was very small so space was limited. Most importantly was the location, we could walk to Times Square n Central Park n Metro stations.

Room is very small for 2pax and there is limited space to open your luggage.  But the toilet and bathroom are very clean and the water pressure is good.  The room is also cleaned on a daily basis.  There are sufficient charging points for our various devices.   There are no washer and dryer in the hotel but there is a laundry shop nearby 100m away.  There is a supermarket beside the hotel.  The location is near Port Authority bus and train station.  We enjoy our stay.

Great stay. Clean and comfortable. Perfect location in Times Square with many restaurants and less than 10 minutes walk to Times Square center.
