Overall the hotel was nice. Aesthetically the lobby, market area and courtyard were amazing & nicely designed. Would been nice if we were able to get a double bed but they were sold out. Also room service was a little slow on bringing items to the room that we requested. Overall the stay was great and location was superb for our needs. I’d definitely stay there again!

The hotel is in a good location and has convenient transportation. It is very close to the United Nations headquarters and can be reached by foot. The breakfast is also relatively reasonable. I will continue to stay here next time.

The hotel has a strategic location and is very convenient for travel. IHG members can delay check-out. The room size is okay. There are yoga balls, yoga mats and other fitness equipment. There is no bottled water in the room.

Since the check-in was the last day of 2023, the price was sky-high. I can only say that except for the attitude of the front desk service, everything else was not good. Don't expect too much when staying in a hotel in the United States, but the expectations for the facilities of this hotel were even lower than expected. There was nothing you wanted. The hot water for the shower was hot and cold. Halfway through the shower, I found that the shower gel bottle was a decoration. I called the front desk to send it, which caused my child to have cold symptoms the next day. Choose carefully.

We chose the hotel for the second time this year, and it did not disappoint. We received the same attentiveness and carefree rest as the first time. Maintenance and renovation also took place in the time between the two occasions, which I can confirm, as we requested and received the same room both times, which we were pleased with. We almost came home, we felt at home. The staff is wonderful, conscientious, self-sacrificing. They are extremely attentive, we asked for and received a refrigerator and microwave. We love its location, its surroundings are calm, safe and spacious. Shopping and transportation options are easy to solve, with Hudson Jersey in the background it's beautiful. Thank you for letting us spend Christmas with you, we already want to go back! Grateful thanks!

The stay was nice. Rooms are small. No coffee maker in the room. You can go downstairs and buy coffee but the coffee is weak and not worth the price. Water runs out the shower soaking the floor. Overall the place is cozy. Intimate. The bar tender was AMAZING ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS. The front staff were very polite night and morning. The guy that sold the coffee wasn’t as pleasant seemed like he didn’t want to be there but he wasnt nasty either.

This hotel is 5 mins away from Charging Bull and NYSE. Train station is also very near. Walking distance to take Ferry to Statue of Liberty. Supermarket is also very near. However, room is small and partition is thin. When next room closed the room door, can feel my room shook as if a mini earthquake. Next thing is there are only 3 lifts shared by 44 floors of rooms. If rush for time, better to take the lift earlier. Due to the very expensive land in NYC, I have to scarifice room space for convenience.

We came to the city for the first time in almost 20 years to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We had tickets to almost famous and wanted to have a very special weekend together. The woman at the front desk was so sweet and kind and offered us congratulations and gave us an upgrade for free to a king suite from regular king room. It was a beautiful spacious room, well decorated with a comfortable sofa and big screen, TVs, extra towels, and everything one could want. The staff was helpful and accommodating and recommended a great spot for dinner. Breakfast to go was perfect in the morning. Complete with coffee and lots of smiles. We can’t wait to come back again and have recommended it already to friends. We especially love the art deco style that was evident everywhere. Thank you for making our anniversary extra special!!
