房間很小（可以和香港有的一拼），基本一家4樓擠着2張床後，沒有多餘的空間可以活動。房東（管理者）人不錯挺客氣的，早上有送輕食（三明治和咖啡）很感謝，因為那天雨下的很大根本沒法出去覓食。
值得一提的是他有停車場，進出九份打車開車都非常方便。下去九份景點也很方便。去那個阿妹茶屋拍照可去對面的餐廳（拍照就很方便了）説是多桑的客人可以打9折。

房形與價錢不太相符。
我分別訂了雅致四人房及凱蒂二人房，
雅致四人房，在樓下，很有很多蚊子 ！房間比較細，但價錢比凱蒂房貴！
凱蒂二人房 ，房間很大，又有又有梳化、又有天窗！也比較少蚊，景觀也好，CP值高！
早餐，訂房時沒有包，但民宿有附送！
三文治加咖啡或豆漿！還可以！

九份開車一位難求，這邊還有提供免費停車真的很讚，但是來這邊停車技術要很好，車不要太大台，老闆人很好，很耐心的解說九份老街要如何逛，整體來說各方面都不還錯，有機會的話會再來住。
順帶一提這裡的風景超讚，夜景也厲害！

It was a great place near the Attraction, The room was comfy with cable tv, dehumidifier in the room too, breakfast is provided by the host from 8am to 10am.
Stayed for two days before heading back to Taipei.
Highly recommend.
