酒店就在機場捷運三重站對面，近捷運站有一個問題，就係隔音沒有太好，6點被車經過嘈聲。
房間只有一個枕頭，枕頭高度太矮，
另要求房間要多一張被子但沒有，
優點是床很大。
沐浴和洗手間分開，乾濕分離，幾好。

Hotel is conveniently located at sanchong station which serves both airport line and local yellow line. Easy to get into the city and also to the airport. Ideal for a short stay when you have 24hrs in the city

入住時間短，安排缺乏人性化！服務大有進步空間！
入住時間為下午4點，check out時間為早上11點， 當日到酒店近下午3點，前台看也沒看就說，目前還在清潔，不可以提早入住，不可提早安排房間，只可寄存行李，一間4星酒店，服務水平態度如此，實缺乏專業同人性化！
房間清潔未如理想，陽台滿佈灰塵，近馬路，對開有工程地盤，另被單 床單講明3日先會換一次，除非客人主動提出要求，實在要客人煩心，所謂環保理由，廢解。
酒店樓下有一cafe,除此外，附近水有什麼食肆，搵食艱難。
