外裝的確符合大飯店的規格
硬體還行，除了前台服務人員的態度和應變能力在理想範圍內，其他的人員都還需再加強
停車場滿灰暗（是感應燈），但…上頭也沒有空位指示燈，根本搞不清楚到底哪裡還有空位
連假人多，4台電梯只開三台，等電梯就是一場大考驗，等待時間頗長，聽到還有工作人員對退房要下停車場的一家人說「你們可以一個人走樓梯下去開車，其他人到大門口等」
早餐內容極度讓人失望，不是太油就是菜相很差，自助吧連新鮮蔬菜都沒有！
五樓泳池，戶外4點多的水溫滿涼的，室內兒童池的水，不確定是什麼水，被噴到眼睛其實滿痛的，水溫顯示36度，感覺也沒有到36度，溫泉池是最舒服的，室內泳池沒有救生人員
房間浴缸是方型的大浴缸，房間隔音效果一般般，河景看出去滿美的，但是落地窗上滿滿的髒污美感大大降低，🤦
完全打破了自己對萬豪/喜來登這集團的好印象，沒有讓人想再次入住的感覺

整體而言都不錯，唯一的小缺點是覺得垃圾桶太小，電視頻道太少，交通也算是還方便，出捷運站就有公車站牌可到，早餐很豐盛

這次住宿CP值超高，房間景觀可以直接俯瞰淡水河，不論晨曦、夕照皆飽覽無遺。裝潢設計新穎、設備設施明亮乾淨，非常符合舒適渡假放鬆的氛圍，非常值得下次重遊。
