"The advantage of the old hotel is that the service standard is guaranteed, the environment is good, the breakfast is good, the front desk girl is warm, and she has been to Beijing, Xi'an and other places in China. The equipment is a bit old."

"Great hotel, mainly new, very new, so everything looks good, the front desk attitude is also very good, overall I feel that the price-performance ratio is very high. The location is a little bit near downtown, because I booked an Italian restaurant next to it, so I stayed here, and it was surprisingly great. Go out to the river on the left and the sea on the right, both are very fast!"

"Traditional American family hotels are my favorite tone, solemn, practical and clean with details, between these pure family travel and business family + business style.
Not far from costco and walmart
Important message: If you drive a tram, there is a EV connect charging station in the gm 4S behind the hotel. It is a DC fast charging, very fast and very convenient.
Willmington's beach is good, such as calorina beach, white people mainly like to travel and vacation places"

MMobleyThe service was fairly good. Every time I called the front office about more towels or needed help with anything they were there to answer and moved swiftly. The building and overall facilities are nice! I’m pretty sure it’s a newer building. It was a really good stay overall, this may be the best hotel in Wilmington.

QQi JoyIt’s a pet friendly hotel. Our dog enjoyed his staying with us there. The rooms are clean. However, Breakfast is just okay. Overall, we had a nice time there.

GGuest UserMy husband and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ballast very much. It is located within walking distance of many things to do, see, and eat. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
Our room was very clean and that was comforting.
The bathroom, while clean, has a few unique characteristics. The sink has very little room between the faucet and sink bottom. The commode is extremely low to the ground. We found it quite odd.
We would stay again requesting a water view room.
