We had very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The hotel is situated across the road from the train station, so very convenient; we found it to be a quiet location. A warm welcome greeted us on arrival and we found all the staff we met very friendly and helpful. We had a double room with a lake view in the annexe (we had to leave the annexe, walk about 20 metres outside and then enter the main hotel building for the breakfast room; not an issue). The room was clean, comfortable and we had plenty of space; the bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. A good breakfast is provided. The Old Town is about a 10 minute walk, downhill. We didn’t find the uphill return walk a problem; there is a local bus service from the Old Town but we did not use this. Staff at the Tourist Information Office were very helpful; and friendly. We would certainly use this hotel again if returning to Neuchâtel.

La situation de l'hôtel est idyllique : vue imprenable sur le lac et les Alpes (la meilleure de la ville ?), dans les hauteurs (pas trop de circulation), à côté de la gare (sans le bruit), avec un parking à CHF 10.- par jour, que dire de plus ? Nous avions une chambre au deuxième étage, spacieuse, avec un balcon et la vue qui va avec, plutôt bien insonorisée, mais aussi spartiate, il faut le dire... Le petit-déjeuner était tout à fait correct, le personnel aussi. Donc c'est un très bon endroit pour 1 nuit en transit. Après, je ne sais pas, testez :-)

Nous étions logés dans l'annexe, une chambre très grande, plutôt une suite. Hôtel bien situé avec un restaurant en terrasse donnant sur le lac. Repas de qualité. L'hôtel fournit un petit carnet qui permet de prendre les transports en commun, de faire une ballade en bateau sur la lac en autres gratuitement. Nous sommes en Suisse et les prix sont suisses !

Direkt am Bahnhof mit fantastischem Ausblick über See und Stadt. Grandiose Terrasse wo man auch Frühstück nehmen kann. Restaurant vorhanden. Inkl. Tourismuskarte mit freier Fahr beim ÖV und div. Rabatten. Gutes Frühstück, leider ohne Eierspeise. Sehr grosse, bequeme Betten, Zimmer mit viel Platz.
