Anfang Mai 2025 durfte ich 2 Nächte in diesem Hotel verbringen. Anreise Die Anreise kann bequem via Zug erfolgen. Das Hotel liegt direkt hinter dem Bahnhof Neuchâtel. Hotelzimmer Ich hatte Zimmer 308 (somit 3. OG) Richtung Bahnhof. Leider habe ich im Badezimmer und ganz dumpf auch im Schlafzimmer ein dumpfes Dröhnen gehört. Dies während der ganzen Nacht. Auch ein Arbeitskollege, welcher ebenfalls im 3. OG auf der gleichen Seite das Zimmer hatte, hatte dieses Phänomen. Leider konnte ich die Ursache nicht eruieren. Für die Ansicht des Zimmers verweise ich auf meine Fotos. Restaurant 2 Mittagessen und 2 Frühstück durfte ich im Restaurant (15 Gault & Millau) geniessen; das Essen war sehr gut und genügend Konferenzraum Im EG nutzten wir den Konferenzraum. Hier liegt der zweite Grund der ungenügenden Bewertung (neben dem Zimmer). Diesen nutzten wir 2 Tage. Am Abend des 1. Tages habe ich mein Netzteil, Verlängerungskabel und meine Maus (für den Laptop) im Raum gelassen. Offenbar wurde dieser dann geputzt. Jedenfalls waren das Netzteil und Verlängerungskabel am nächsten Morgen in einer Schublade versorgt. Dies auch bei anderen Kursteilnehmern. Leider ist jedoch meine Maus "verschwunden". Die Maus kann lediglich via Bluetooth genutzt werden, da der Dongel im Laptop war und dieser war auf meinem Zimmer. Trotz Mitteilung an der Rezeption ist die Maus nicht mehr aufgetaucht. Seit über 10 Jahren habe ich immer wieder Schulungen in Hotels. Dies ist mir jedoch noch nie passiert.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Neuchâtel. Nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivé à l'hôtel, qui est très bien placé, face à la gare et le centre ville accessible facilement à pied. La chambre située à l'annexe était confortable, bien équipée avec une belle vue sur la ville, le lac et les Alpes. Ce fut calme. Le petit-déjeuner est simple et bon. Petit bémol, il faudrait vraiment modulé le parfum d’ambiance à la réception.

Gleich gegenüber das Bahnhofs liegt dieses Hotel. Die Zimmer im Anbau sind modern, schlicht, sauber und zum Glück ohne diese Teppiche welche man sonst überall findet! Die Aussicht über die Stadt und den See wunderbar. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuss in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
