Aqua Paradise Resort - Hotel & Aquapark - All Inclusive

Came here as a massive group of 9, and every single one of us loved our visit, having the pass for the aqua park was am absolute bonus ^_^ The staff were lovely , food was absolutely gorgeous, nessabar wasn't to far away by taxi as well. Would definitely visit again

Great satisfaction with the services of this hotel❤️ Very pleasant staff. Clean environment. A large selection of food in the dining room and all day in the bars. The animation programs for children and adults were great all day long - the children didn't want to go to the sea at all and wanted to be with the animators. Evening program for both children and adults👍 Thank you to the best animation team❤️ (exotic Rosi, Mia, Hanson, Hrisi pisi, Nicky, Iva, Adélka and others) we will come again next year 🥰

Just a few days ago I returned from an amazing stay at this hotel where we held our annual Interior Design Technology and Innovation Forum, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The staff were incredibly helpful, always going out of their way to attend to my needs and make sure I had everything I needed for a perfect getaway. Heartfelt thanks to Boris Dimov, Mimi Nenovska and Drago Stanchev! The hotel itself boasts a breathtaking design that has won a number of international awards, combining modern elegance with charming decor that creates a truly inviting atmosphere. I loved wandering around the beautifully appointed spaces. One of the notable features of this hotel is the fantastic water park. It's a fun-filled paradise for families, full of exciting slides and splash zones that keep everyone entertained for hours. In addition, the hotel offers two separate pool areas: a calm pool for relaxation and a lively pool with animators and activities for children. It has many and spacious rooms that allowed easy accommodation of all our guests, as well as a large conference hall equipped with everything necessary for the presentation part of the forum. The karaoke bar and games area allowed our guests to fully enjoy themselves after the day's activities, and the large restaurant with all kinds of food made this part easy for us as everyone could choose what they liked to eat. This made it easy to choose the perfect venue for our corporate event. Overall, this hotel provided an exceptional experience and I can't wait to return. If you are looking for the perfect combination of amazing service, stunning design, family fun, or a corporate event, this is the place to be!

The whole entertainment team surprised us with their fantastic performance when it comes to making us feeling welcomed, valued and appreciated as guests.Despite it being the end of the season, the purple people made us feel like there was no compromise in amusing us with their interesting conversations, dances, shows and performances! We love you purple people, you have made our trip a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Went for 2 weeks for family vacation 12 in total, from the moment we arrived to the moment we left was fantastic. The entertainment staff Alex, Adrian, Sammy and Slavi always came to find us to join in and made our holiday one to remember Even came to wave us off when we left. The rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels everyday the hotel was spotless couldn't fault it. The water park was so much fun we had a few days of the full park still been open and took advantage of the slides that were due to close on the 15th. I did have a accident on the 1st day and twisted my knee (my own fault thinking I was 15 again). Food was better for snack at the water park than at the hotel from a slice of pizza the size of your head, chicken skewers, fries, grilled chicken, battered chicken, burgers and salad. The bar staff knew very little English so was hard to have a conversation with them but they done their job well, Gabriel on the other hand always wanted a conversation when we went to the bar. Food was OK always found something to eat all 12 of us however we did come across a few issues the small packs of butter were off and smelt like blue cheese and tasted disgusting, some chicken was undercooked and caused food poisoning to a couple of our family members and we found a small piece of plastic in the pasta. I did contact reception and had a meeting with management and the head chef to talk about the issues and they resolved them and dealt with it promptly we got free bowling, 10 tokens, fruit platter, cheese platter, cake platter,4 small bottles of wine and box of chocolates to apologise. We booked both restaurants on special occasions and got birthday cake and chocolates in our room. Overall I think this hotel is great value for money and would definitely visit again just to see Alex again. One last thing to say oggy oggy oggy!! OUT OUT OUT!
