"We had to move our holiday and bring it forward 4 weeks , so it was the very beginning of the season , as very quiet not loads open but was able to fill the week , daytime weather warm night time wrap up but was early May Nessebar old town is very beautiful We got the bus couple time to sunny beach £1 again not fully open but more busy then Nessebar , would defo come back To Bulgaria in the high season Hotel we lovely staff brilliant nothing to much trouble , my only grip was pool and poolside with the seagull poo everywhere on beds on sun brollies , in the pool which wasn’t clean in the 7 days , we sat the pool said getting a hose down a couple off days but that went straight into the pool as well , was seagulls in the pool drinking and washing in it But as I say that was the only issues Beautiful see view room we had one of the best ❤️"

"This was a nice room, moderately sized, with a fantastic view from the balcony. But the bed was unyielding when you lay on it and the bottom sheet was pilled and annoying. Apart from that it is a very good deal and maybe it was just our room with a bad bed. The hotel is badly signed - the only indication is hard to see easily in a side window. If you are towing a bag, go along the road below and carry up the steps. What is showing as a road to the front door is a roughly cobbled track."

"We love location of this hotel. The rooms with sea view have the sandy beach below and you can hear the waves all through the night. Breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choice. We had a Turkish cleaner who was brilliant. Rooms very clean. Receptionists can be aloof but it could be down to a language barrier. Overall the hotel could do with better maintenance in the room."

"We have spent a long weekend here. Excellent choice! Restaurant presents good good, fresh and very large variety. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, provided yoy do not get a room in the old part! Which is terrible! First night we spent in 707! Worse than a student hostel! Second and last night, we succeeded to talk to the lady manager, being the only one who could change the room! She did and in the new part it is really 4 star!"

"Absolutely fantastic stay at this family hotel! Location fantastic ‘ Dinko the hotel manager made us feel super welcome and we even got the most amazing room on our first day, with a lovely view of the Marina ! We loved it so much that we extended our stay and settled for the Triple Room with the Marina View ! We ate mainly at the restaurant next door called Sacre , amazing food and service . Dinko provided vouchers on one day for Breakfast at the St John hotel! Highly recommend this family hotel ! Lovely path way for a nice long walk alongside the Sea! Close to the bus stop and all the wonderful sites within the old town! Rojie Kisten and Kevin Smit ! South Africa ! We will be back next year with our families for sure !😃😃😃"

"A wonderful, quiet and cosy hotel. You’re given a very warm welcome, as if you were special guests. The rooms are clean. Chris, the owner, is very friendly and attentive. He’s always there to help if you need it and happy to offer advice or recommendations. We were very pleased with the hotel. The location is also convenient. The most popular little restaurants and a grocery shop are nearby. It’s not far to the beach or the Old Town either. The breakfasts at the hotel are homemade and delicious. We’ll definitely be back there again someday :)"

"Me and my wife stayed at the Festa Panorama for 7 days, food was decent, self service, me personally I think the lager they had was watered down and they don't do measurements with spirits so you will get drunk pretty quick, music to the ears of young ones I suppose, our room was lovely and clean and had a decent view from our balcony, we were front viewing if your lucky enough to get any room at the rear of hotel you will have a stunning view of the sea, the beach itself is amazing, right next to hotel so getting to it is quick, noise level was fine, staff not so good, always miserable looking, never smiling, not one member of staff asked me and my wife how our stay was, the hotel has sauna, steam bath, indoor pool and spa treatments, outside pool is lovely, and entertainment was bland for my liking. But all in all it's a lovely hotel and we would recommend it just be cautious of the atmosphere with staff."

"Family of 6 and we had the best time! Breakfast was ok not bad not out of this world. The rooms were big modern clean and definately not 3* more like 4* they had a play area too which the kids loved. The view was fantastic from 4th floor. Didnt have to pay for parking either. The beach is just a few minuted walk but didnt end up going and used the pool which had a kids section too. Would recommend"

"School group running around banging doors. No consideration for hotel guests. In for a sleepless night. They should be in a youth hostel. I certainly would not have booked this hotel if I had known it accepts school kids. There are 44 of them and at least some of them, if not all, are on the same floor as me."
