出差入住全季，每次都沒讓人失望～ 房間乾淨整潔無異味，床品柔軟親膚，睡感超棒。前台小姐姐人超好，服務熱情又貼心，細節感拉滿！辦理入住退房高效快捷，地理位置便利，就在師範學院旁邊，周邊交通餐飲都方便，隔音效果不錯，設施齊全且維護得好，洗漱用品品質在線，性價比拉滿，下次出行還選全季！

代外地親戚預訂，服務態度差得要死。就是8月16日下午值班的一個女服務員和一個男服務員，我真是住了這麼多次全季，第一次遇到這種服務態度，走去前台問東西，那女的眼睛都不得抬一下哦，這麼高傲我以為你是顧客我是服務員呢。
再一個兩個服務員像聽不懂話一樣，都説了我們要退訂一個房間和兩份早餐，非説要跟攜程客服聯繫，我之前住的全季都可以，就你不可以？而且那個男服務員也是老火，説了要衹早餐結果和攜程客服掰扯半天，我跟攜程客服説一遍人家就聽懂了，他腦殼是木的樣。
第二天的幾個女生工作人員服務態度就很好。
這家老闆真的不謹慎招人嗎？這種服務員招來就是砸你們生意的。
