The cinema projector was a great addition and made the room feel unique and relaxing. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is convenient, especially for travelers using the high-speed railway station, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Neijiang and would be happy to stay here again."

"After a long and tiring journey, I was relieved to stay at the comfortable Atour Hotel. The hotel environment was quiet and elegant, with simple yet sophisticated wood decor. The room had excellent natural light, was impeccably clean, and the amenities were of high quality. What impressed me most were the thoughtful details: two types of pillows, plenty of charging ports, and a tidy bamboo-style reading nook where I could quietly read in my spare time. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful, and the staff member, Shu Xinxingyun, provided just the right amount of service—warm yet unobtrusive. Away from the hustle and bustle, I was able to unwind from my travels, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip."

"First of all, the house is very small and not worth the price at all. I read other reviews and booked the same room. Theirs were all bigger than mine. My room didn't even have a table. It was very small. The breakfast was terrible. The beef noodles that were delivered were almost cold and could not be soaked. It was very unpalatable. There was no breakfast the next day. Don't believe the ratings. This review is definitely a recharge."

"This hotel is absolutely terrible! The price is considered mid-to-high for Neijiang, but it's relatively new. While the facilities are new, the smell is overwhelming; I felt dizzy and coughed as soon as I entered. I booked a twin room for six nights, but it was only cleaned for two nights. On the first night, they proactively asked if I needed the room cleaned, but afterwards, it was completely neglected. Avoid this hotel! On August 29th, 2025, around 5 PM, the receptionist—I don't know her name, and I forgot to take photos or record the conversation—had a truly awful attitude. The room hadn't been cleaned for two or three days; the shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, and towels were all used up, and there was trash on the floor. When I asked at the front desk, she said the housekeeping department had closed and they couldn't clean it, without even mentioning it beforehand. When I asked if I could change rooms, she wouldn't, even though there were vacant rooms available. She just said the hotel was short-staffed. What a joke! She didn't even try to solve the problem. Anyone who stays at this hotel is unlucky. 🥰 Learning to improve is more important than keeping quiet."

"This stay experience is super satisfied! The location of the hotel is easy to find, the travel is convenient, the front desk staff is gentle and welcoming, and the check-in efficiency is very high. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the sound insulation effect is good, and I sleep until dawn. The bathroom supplies are complete, the hot water is sufficient, and the sanitary details are in place. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, the price is very high, the service is intimate and thoughtful, I will choose this next time, I highly recommend it to everyone!"
