Royalton Hideaway Negril, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort – Adults Only

Check in went bizarrely unhinged and mismanaged. The next day management visited to rectify the horror. Overall service was above average in most departments. I rebooked because nothing is perfect and amendments were offered.

Best time here at royalton Regril. Everything was perfect. From the food to the amazing staff. Kemar, kenisha, Kenneth our butler’s and Shimmar the pool butler was honestly the most friendliest and made our holiday. Absolute credit to this hotel. Professional, funny and friendly hospitality. Loved it all. Thank you all so much. We will be returning in December:)

This was our 2nd time to Royalton Negril. 1st time at hideaway. We booked a swimup room for our 2 week stay and pre selected room 8036 that was at the furthest end of building 8 next to building 9. We opted for this room as it looked more secluded and relaxed, which we liked as we didn't want a room right next to the swimup bar. We spent a few days chilling and sunbathing in our room and the bar staff would walk down and take drink orders. We enjoyed Grazie, Armidillo and Calypso restaurant for dinner. We weren't overly impressed with hunters the steaks were always fatty. The teppenyaki was a great meal but it was so hot in there with no air con it was uncomfortable. We used ocean point twice for breakfast. The views were stunning but the 2nd time we were surrounded by flies so we just stuck to the buffet for breakfast The coffee shop was great we used it everyday and the staff in there were lovely. Evening entertainment was good. Shame there wasnt 2 weekly entertainment as we saw the same shows twice. Most people from the uk stay for 2 weeks. They needed more variety of show types like Royalton Bavaro, it was mainly singers. Bob Marley show was the best he was awesome. Our room was clean and the mini bar always stocked. A/C always working.Only issues we had some days having to ring up to have it cleaned as we were missed or were given no clean towels. Room service was very slow. Once it arrived it tasted good though. Hideaway beach was man made but it was good. If you wanted the natural sand you had to walk down to regular royalton. Our 2 week stay went very fast. We love negril and will definitely be back. The staff are very friendly, seem a bit understaffed but they're always smiling

This was the best vacation! Nate with Piano Bar and Mike bartending OMG the best night ever! Enjoyed the vibe they gave it was GREAT

Had a great stay at the Hideaway Royalton Negril. The stay was made all the better by the wonderful staff, too many to mention them all, but special thanks to Mel and George our butler’s and Michael at the Hideaway bar. Food and location fantastic, the only slightly negative point was some parts of the infrastructure was slightly dated and needs a bit of TLC but nothing to detract from a great holiday. Many apologies to the wonderful staff not named personally, but you were all great

Don't ever come here. The service was horrible before we got stuck due to the hurricane. Diamond Club status is not worth the money. We are still looking for our butler. Staff members are not knowledgeable and give different answers to the same question The manager, Migel, during his late briefing about the hurricane, stated that the people who wanted to get out, got our. That is not true. We spoke to more than one staff member and got different answers from each. He was combative with guest when they tried to get answers about what to expect during the hurricane To add insult to injury, guest were told that they would get one rate and were charged for a higher rate. When confronted by guest, Migel was heard telling the Honey BeeZ Group that they would honor the lower price for them but not for others. Not acceptable. I complained about services and the guest representative took down my concern and stated that I would be contacted by management. I am still waiting. I am a travel agent and would not refer not one client to the Royalton Hideaway.
