We was shown three rooms and we choose the smallest room as per our needs. The room and bathroom was clean, there was a fridge/freezer in the room as a tv. Staff was great as well as the manager Opia who all went out of their way to make us feel welcome and answered any questions we had. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, a variety to choose from. Entertainment in the evening was great just next door so did not have to go far. Would recommend and would stay again.

Need to work on the service
Checked in the room had flying mosquitos etc all in the room had to buy bug spray. The kitchenette ate was not cleaned at all. I had to spray for the ant insects. Nightlife and scenery is okay. We arrived no towels, soap was given. Second night no WiFi at all so if you looking for comfort not the place. Service is not that great. For the price they should atleast make sure the room is stocked with things every guest should have if this place is a resort.

This is an unusual review as i didnt actually stay there... In the end. We booked through booking. Com which was pretty smooth.... Ended up arriving late, and maybe should have called to say that would be the case. But what happened is no excuse. They werent prepared for us. No receptionist, and the young lady who was therr tried to be helpful, but seeing that the rooms werent numbered nor the keys, it was tough goin tgrying to view the intended rooms. After trying to access an already occupied room then only being able to find the key for one of two rooms we gave up and went else where. What we saw of the one room wasnt too bad, though it had a view of the zinc siding of a massive shed. I admit we were late and didnt call... But they could have called as well. Clearly our patronage wasnt needed.

I cant say enough about this place!!!! We stayed 18 days and we felt so safe and comfortable. The owners Opia and Jerry are the best, very accommodating friendly and professional. The staff were great friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, filled with everything we needed and we used a lot of things cooking every day etc... They have a restaurant too and the food is Amazing with a large variety. My daughter has allergies so they prepared food with only the ingredients she could eat which was so amazing!!!! Alex, one of the chefs was there every morning to make me fresh coffee and what ever else I needed. All of the servers very polite and ready to get you what ever it is you need. House keeping is on it and very thorough. If you want a safe comfortable family run trip this place is the place to be. Ill be back as soon as I can. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Oh and if you like reggae music they have live entertainment too.
