The room was clean and the shower had good water pressure, so we had a comfortable stay. And the view of the pyramids from the rooftop was magnificent. Also, all the staff were really nice. They were really kind, telling us about nearby shops, bringing our food from the breakfast venue to a seat with a view of the pyramids, and calling a taxi for us to the airport. When I told them I'm Japanese and can't speak English, they explained things to me in simple English and spoke to me in Japanese 😊 I was so happy!
This is a recommended hotel that I'd like to visit again. Thank you ✨

Absolutely! The scenery is 100 points! The store reserved a card with the name on it in the room, because there are not many rooms that can directly see the pyramids, and I am worried that someone will check in first. The service in the store is very good, the breakfast is quite rich as a homestay, and there is also free afternoon tea. There is a supermarket downstairs with clear prices. The view from the roof is nice, but you can only see the side view of the pyramids, three pyramids stuck together, and the elevator is very scary, small, and the door needs to be opened by hand. Overall it's okay. Hotels here are like this, the view is worth the price

The hotel is located in a regular building on the 13th floor. There is construction going on around, which may be confusing at first. But inside everything matches the description - a view of the pyramids, delicious breakfasts, clean and spacious rooms. The staff kindly helped us change dollars to Egyptian pounds, and were happy to answer any questions. I recommend it.
