"피라미드를 즐기기에 아주 좋은 장소입니다. 뿐만 아니라 각종 투어 픽업이 근처 kfc에서 이뤄지므로 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 새벽 1시가 넘은 시각에 도착했는데도 체크인이 원활하게 도와주었고, 화장실과 침구도 편안했습니다. 무엇보다도 호텔 루프탑에서 조식을 먹으며 피라미드를 볼 수 있어 좋았습니다."

"We spent wonderful time at Hayat Hotel and Giza. All stuff of the hotel are so amazing and friendly, especially Mohamed, Semir and Ahmed on reception who were exceptional. They were really putting so much effort in taking care of us and making sure we have everything we needed in the hotel and our tour trips around the Giza and Cairo. Muhamed gave as a warm and friendly welcome, surving us fresh friut juices that were a real refreshment and we really needed it after we got scammed on the airport. We fell in love with the view from the roof top of the hotel, which has the best possition and the best view you can get in Giza, with all the Pyramids and Sphinx like on the palm of your hand. As we seen this view and friendly stuff of the hotel we decided to stay longer in Hayat Hotel. So Mohamed extended our stay in the hotel for 3 more days with the same amount we payed over tour operator and got us better room with a view. He also gave us new Egyptian sim card with mobile data. Hotel offered us great tours around Cairo and Alexandria, and we had excellent time seeing all the beautiful ancient places and learned a lot new things about this marvelous and mysterious place of Egyptian culture. With our tour guides, Hala and Ibrahim, and driver Atif, who are all wonderful people and were doing their best to make our stay in Egypt unforgetable, we spent 4 days in sightseeing. The food in hotel is great, very tasty, for a free breakfast you'll get many choices of traditional Egyptian, Mediteranian, continental and vegetarian kitchen, with coffee and tea, and fresh served fruits. It is a real life-time experince to eat your morning breakfast and drink your coffee at the footstep of the Sphinx and pyramids which energy is felt strongly. Sabir and all waiters and weitresses were nice and helpful in their service. We got lunch or dinner for free everyday, since it's in the tour package when you book the trip tour with the hotel. It was a great and lovely expeirence, we enjoyed a lot in Hayat hotel and if we plan trip to Cairo again we would for sure come here again. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone."

"The location is great! It may be one of the best hotels out of the 300+ hotels in Cairo. From the rooftop terrace, you can see the Sphinx and the three great pyramids right in front of you. There are no buildings in front of you at the moment, so it feels like you're in Egypt. The problem was that the hotel was under renovation at the time and the hotel sign was not visible outside, so taxi drivers had a hard time. It was a tough climb with only stairs, the breakfast was the same every day and got boring, and the rooftop was hot because there was no shade. However, the staff were friendly and I thought it was good."

"Staff Amazingly friendly and helpful, The views are incredible from room to resturant to roof top, where i got to watch and hear the evening light show in fully glory. Booked for my 1st 2nights in Egypt, perfect location in front of the sphinx side entrance to the plateau, literally a 2 min walk.. This side of Giza is rough and ready though.. with animals being housed on the ally leading to the entrance so expect the smell of horse and camel poo (which wasn’t a problem once in the hotel) also expect to be bothered a lot by the local hustlers and kids begging for something/anything.. The streets are noisy and hectic this side but you also get a more authentic Giza experience, The Hotels staff were super accommodating and welcoming, they were willing to help organise trips and guides but I wasn’t in need as i already had stuff arranged.. Breakfast was basic but enough to get your day of adventure started with plenty of option around for off site dinning. The best thing apart from the staff was the view tho.. with all 3 great pyramids and sphinx in view and close enough to get the full effect inc the sounds of the light show. Would recommend for a cheap budget stay close to the entrance of the plateau with the best views"

"I stayed for three nights. It's only a one-minute walk to the entrance of the Pyramids on the east side. The breakfast on the rooftop with a view of the Pyramids was amazing. The cleanliness of the room was not perfect, but it wasn't dirty either. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I think it offers excellent value for money."

"The boss's consideration and service mind are both good. The rooftop view is also good. Since the location is a tourist site for the pyramids of Giza, the surroundings are a bit cluttered, but there is a police checkpoint right in front, so it's safe to park your car. The front of the hotel was illuminated by cctv, so I was able to park with peace of mind. I was so grateful that the boss provided all possible conveniences and bought water and eggs for my request when I checked out early on the last day and couldn't use breakfast. I will visit again. thank you."

"Booked on Ctrip, checkin the same day, the waiter didn't receive my order and asked me to resubmit $ 20 to rebook. Find Ctrip to deal with, Ctrip is very enthusiastic and has repeatedly confirmed that the communication with the booking agent is paid and no further payment is required. After communicating for one morning, I decided to refund the order and go to another hotel for reservation. As a result, when the waiter saw that I was going to die, he refused to pay an additional 20 dollars and immediately made a mistake at 180 degrees. Let me live right away. I'm drunk too. Recommend this hotel for the second night (Pyramid Valley Boutique Hotel). The facilities are very good, and the waiter boss is enthusiastic. The boss's son also invited me to drink Coke at night, free of charge. Focus on helping him promote it. The most important thing when traveling is to be honest and not pit each other. Pictures are from pyramides valley. Hygiene is much better than this one. Bringing a girl is not recommended to stay in this hotel, take it to the bottom of the Golden Tower ..."

"良い点 ・スタッフの対応が完璧！！ 　→色々写真を撮ってくれたり朝ごはん好きな所で食べて良いよと言ってくれた。チェックアウトした後にシャワーだけ借りたかったのでその旨を伝えると追加料金で入らせてもらえた。門やドアが開かず困っているとすぐカメラで見て下に降りてきてくれる ・部屋が綺麗 　→常に綺麗にされていて、お水も2本までもらえる ・ご飯が美味しい 　→夜ご飯も朝ごはんもエジプトの伝統的なご飯を食べれる 悪い点 ・立地は⚪︎、治安× 　→ピラミッドから写真で見たより遠く、周りも夜は治安が悪いので残念。周りはごみが多く臭いがすごい。トゥクトゥクやタクシーを使ってピラミッドまでは15分くらいでいける。 スタッフの対応、部屋の綺麗さ、ご飯、総じて良かったと思います！"
