Before the trip, I made sure I was getting a room with a view of the pyramids, and requested an airport shuttle, but when I arrived, the room wasn't ready. I was forced to move to a room without windows or to another inn. Other guests who checked in at the same time had the same experience. I felt very unwell after a long journey. I won't book here again next time.
However, the room and people at the inn I was forced to move to were both nice, so I would give that a higher score in the reviews.
