When I checked in, the staff tried to solicit me for a tour. Of course, there is no problem if I decline, but the response after that became obviously cold, which was disappointing to be honest. I stayed for two nights, but on the first night I was shown to a room different from the one I had reserved, with almost no explanation as to why. I explained that it was not their mistake and asked for a discount at least, but they completely ignored me. To be honest, the hospitality was disappointing.
The only good thing was the view from the rooftop. The Nile River and the cityscape at dusk were very beautiful, and this was the only place where I felt the charm of Egypt.
However, even if you take that into account, the unfriendliness of the staff and the sloppy management were a concern, and I think it would be safer to choose another accommodation. I do not recommend this place as a place to stay on your first day in Egypt.

Although a simple hotel, it's perfectly clean, perfectly located for seeing the pyramids, has a good bed, spacious rooms, a good bathroom, and the shower works perfectly. The terrace with its views is wonderful, and the attention of all the staff is unbeatable. I truly recommend it.

We stayed here for 5 days. The hotel was placed in close proximity to explore pyramids. The view from the hotel was great both the sunrise and sunsets. The hotel helped with planning trips and I want to particularly call out the help of Hossain, who was brilliant in sorting some issues we had faced during our stay.
We had the food in hotel restaurant and it was ok. Just make sure you call out your dietary requirements clearly since it could be overlooked and you may face surprises. The morning breakfast was ok, nothing special. It's a hit and miss but I guess it's good for the price.
Overall, we had a good stay and I recommend the hotel for families for stays. Again, calling out Hossain for going above and beyond to help and sort the issues.

I don't recommend it. I booked a double bed room, but they changed me to a standard room because they had no room. In addition, there was a smell of Indians in the room, which was hard to comment.
