"This is my second time staying at Narita Tobu Hotel Airport because it’s so convenient for catching flights from Narita. The room size is perfect for me and my suitcase. I love that there are last-minute shopping options both at AEON and the airport shops, which are easily accessible thanks to the frequent hotel shuttle bus service. The lobby floor has a drugstore and tax-free shop, making it very convenient to buy and pack essentials before departure. Additionally, the on-site restaurant and laundry services make my stay hassle-free and comfortable. Highly recommended for travelers needing easy access to Narita Airport!"

"The room was incredibly spacious, a rare find in Japan. Breakfast options were quite limited, which made dining a bit inconvenient. Luckily, there's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, so grabbing some instant noodles and crab sticks was an easy solution for dinner. They offer a free shuttle bus service to and from the airport, taking roughly 10 minutes."

"Great location since it has a free bus service from airport to hotel (vice versa). I stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days with their garden view room. The view from my room, the amenities such as outdoor hot spring with variety of tubs and the service is superb. The hot spring payment is for the entire day. So, you can try hot springs and steam bath for women in the evening and the hot springs and sauna of men in the morning ( it exchange in the morning). When you want peaceful and nature vibe this is a great place to stay and I definitely comeback here. I love the ambiance. The room I stayed was not as great as outside. Its big for a solo traveler since there are 3-bed and the interior design predict its time but the cleanliness bothered me since under the bed there's a used slippers. That mean, it wasn't clean thoroughly (not vacuumed) to see that thing under and cut carpets hidden under the bed. Overall, I still love the place."

Another major plus is the convenient location—just one station away from the JR station and two stations from the airport. The hotel also offers a free shuttle service that departs every 30 minutes, making transportation hassle-free. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with its cleanliness, excellent service, and accessibility. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again."

"Nice quiet hotel near the train station in narita. U get free bus shuttle to airport but need to book when check in. Room is quite big for Japan. Close to restaurants, convenience stores and the famous temple too."

"The hotel shows many signs of aging - like peeled paint on furniture, outdated A/C controller. The breakfast, priced at 2200, is not good - it is difficulty to find protein sources - it does not have decent offering of poultry, red meat or fishes at all."

"Hotel is very near to both train stations in Narita, with many places for food, convenience stores, pharmacies, tourist street. It is an older hotel and well maintained and improved. Staff were mostly hospitable apart from 1 or 2 younger female front desk staff at check in, who did not seem to welcome non Japanese speaking guests, even if they are polite senior citizens. That made the stay less then pleasant despite excellent service from the rest of the hotel staff."
