Situated in a convenient place to shops, attractions and trains. However, I have not found the service is great. They only accept cash which was inconvenient for me. Amenities were very basic; the toilet and bathroom are old type and very basic. It's hard to communicate with the staff, very poor English.

It was an amazing experience especially when the hotel provides the sento at no charges as long as we stay there. The staff was very helpful with our baggages and the location of the hotel is nicely located in the middle of all the shops and train station.

Lovely Japanese style in with a great location near Nara park. Owner spoke good English and was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and stuff like towels and a toothbrush were provided. The Onsen is open from 17:00 to 23:00 and was a great experience. Can’t recommend this place enough.

The facilities and management are poor If the special accommodation facility using hot spring water is improved, it will become popular The location is good and it is necessary to fully utilize the favorable condition of hot spring water

The hotel is in a good location. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to Nara Park and about 10 minutes to Nara Kintetsu Station. The front desk staff were also very friendly. The only drawback was that the tatami room we stayed in did not have bed-making service like other hotels. Then the quilt is a bit too thick and my body feels a bit itchy...

A typical Japanese small hotel. Experience the awesome tatami accommodation in Japan. The service is in place. At the end of October, although the weather was cold, there was air conditioning for heating. The hotel is a four-minute walk from Nara Kintetsu Station. You can walk to Kasuga Taisha Shrine, Nara Park, and Todaiji Temple. Good location.

There is no washroom in the common area or bathroom, only a washing area. The sliding door of the Japanese-style room was squeaky, and it was obvious that people were going in and out.
