This hotel is a hotel you should never come back to again. I suggest Ctrip not to recommend this hotel anymore. All the problems you are afraid of in the hotel are here! The hygiene was very poor. There were mosquitoes but there was nothing to help guests get rid of them. I had to go to several stores to buy mosquito spray. The shower room is rudimentary and there is a problem with sewerage. The sound insulation of the room is poor. There is a lot of noise from a bunch of small shops downstairs. It seems to be a gathering place for black people. The room is equipped with very few items. All staff go off work after 8pm, and there is no one to solve any problem.
I once again recommend that Ctrip stop recommending this hotel to protect the travel of compatriots.

Stayed beginning of May, very central for train station and buses which suited us as we were travelling. Also very close to spagnapoli, lots of restaurants and shops. Staff were very friendly and informative. Breakfast is delivered daily to your door at the time you specified the night before. Rooms are spacious freshly decorated with kettle and a small fridge. Piazza Garibaldi itself can be a bit rough but if you are sensible it is fine. The entrance to the accommodation can be a bit daunting once you get over that it it is ok. We found it quite noisy with the birds as they seemed to be attracted to the roof above what was the balcony which is now closed in with frosted glass windows and there was banging at night. At one point we thought it was someone banging our door, which is not the properties fault. We were in a standard room which frosted windows at the back.
