Estancias correctas, ubicación buena.
Cama cómoda. Ducha muy pequeña, si eres voluminoso no entras y falta donde poder dejar el jabón o útiles.
Servicio escaso, ya que solo estaban al llegar y no explicaron mucho, nos preguntaron a qué hora el desayuno, que estaba incluido, pero no los explicaron que era en la planta 5 del edificio. Y no había señalado nada más que un cartel de desayuno en la planta 4 que es ala que fuimos y llamamos al timbre y no nos abrieron… y no había nadie para informar ni indicación a las 7:30 de la mañana que es cuando lo teníamos… nos tuvimos que ir a desayunar a la calle…
Por eso mal, por lo demás bien.

酒店位置優越，我們的房間不大，衞生還不錯，出門逛街吃飯去碼頭非常近，下樓就逛，喜歡一步陽台標配。前台在2樓，需要找一找…酒店比較放心的是很多道門，感覺十分安全，前台的美女非常親切友善，熱情有禮。房間有一個套房共用休息室，隨時有咖啡和點心。但我們的衞生間很小，淋浴的水有點小，稍微想吐槽一下早餐，水果蔬菜很少，不是那麼好吃，

I recently deleted a negative review of this hotel, in which I had complained that we could not gain entry late at night. In fact, the hotel’s response to my enquiry about entry had gone to junk email. They had responded impeccably. My apologies.

Having emailed twice, in English and Italian, to warn of our late arrival and ask about an airport shuttle, we arrived by taxi at the hotel around 10.30pm on a Saturday night. There’d been no response to our emails. The front doors were locked. We repeatedly pressed the bell and rang the hotel phone. No response. After about 45 stressful minutes in the street we gave up and were trying to find another hotel by phone when some existing guests arrived and let us in. Weirdly, our key had been left upstairs at reception, which was unstaffed. If those other guests hadn’t turned up, we would have had to find another hotel very late on a Saturday night. I see that this hotel is rated highly, but I’d never stay here again. Very unprofessional and thoughtless. The room was pleasant.
