入り口がわかりにくいので、説明します。建物の前面のコの字の駅を背にして奥まった角にマンションの入り口風の中に入って、普通の団地の民家みたいですが、階段をぐるぐると２階分程登ると、扉の上に案内のボードがあります。そこをピンポンすれば、中に入れますが、建物の外には、大きな看板がないので、最初はウロウロしてしまうかも。でもよくみたら、マンションの複数の店舗リストの中にトップフロアの表示がありました。

But the bathroom lock in the room I stayed in didn't work

The Italian landlord obviously discriminated against Chinese people. Ctrip showed that the payment at the store was 7 euros, but he charged me 12 euros. His attitude towards me was very arrogant. Of course I was not polite to him. Chinese people recommend not to come to this hotel!

When I arrived at the hotel, I exchanged LINE IDs with the front desk staff (hotel LINE ID), and was able to get all the information I needed, which was very convenient.
The hotel is located very close to Naples Central Station (the hotel entrance is a little hard to find ※Google Maps says I've arrived, but I still wandered around for a while 😅), but once I found the entrance, it was incredibly convenient.
The room with the volcano view was also wonderful!

Spectacular place in every sense of the word and above all Mr. Carmine, a kind man who helped me at a time when I had reserved somewhere else that turned out to be a scam and when I arrived at Top Floor Rentrooms I felt that I could enjoy my vacation peacefully but above all the help that Mr. Carmine gave me both in reporting the hostel to scammers and in telling me what places to visit in Naples was priceless and that is why if someone travels to Naples I recommend this place which is comfortable, safe, welcoming and above all shows you the Neapolitan heart and help through its owner.
