The room was renovated and clean. However, the small size of the room was a minus point.
When I checked in, they couldn't find my reservation. I had a copy of the reservation, so I was able to confirm it somehow. They said it was the hotel's mistake.

Wenn man sich zwischen den Müllbergen vor dem Hotel und in den Seitenstraßen durch geschoben hat, kommt die nächste Enttäuschung: Man stellt fest, dass das Hotel leider überhaupt nicht wie auf den Bildern im Internet aussieht. Unser Zimmer war sehr (!) in die Jahre gekommen. Man kann nicht länger als 6 Uhr schlafen, da das Hotel extrem hellhörig ist. Der Geruch im Bad ist absolut schrecklich und ekelerregend. Man möchte das Bad am liebsten auch gar nicht benutzen. Die Dusche ist sehr schmutzig und überall dreckig. Das WLAN funktioniert eher sporadisch. Eigene Hotel- Parkplätze sind auch keine vorhanden. Gegenüber vom Hotel ist zwar ein großer Parkplatz, der jedoch gebührenpflichtig und für jedermann frei zugänglich ist. Wir haben uns für ein bewachtes Parkhaus entschieden: Parkkosten in Höhe von 90€ für 3 Nächte!!!! Hierzu mussten wir quer durch die Stadt laufen. Das angebotene Frühstück war ein absoluter Witz! Es gab Wurst und Käse, aber kein Brot oder Semmeln. Die Auswahl war zudem sehr überschaubar. Dieses Hotel würde ich nicht mal meinem größten Feind empfehlen!

The staffs were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was bare minimum. Location is very good close to Central Station, I felt the area a bit unsafe but being a metropolitan city i think it’s expected at city centre.

The hotel is ideally located: 5 minutes walk from the central station (Garibaldi) and the Alibus shuttle stop that connects the airport and also 5 minutes from the historic center of Naples. The room is a decent size with a view of a pretty and quiet courtyard, far from the hustle and bustle of the Garibaldi crossroads. Breakfast is served in the form of a varied sweet and savory buffet, including the sfogliatelle with pistachio cream which are a treat. The reception staff is friendly. The only downside: I was told at check-in that breakfast was included and then the next day, I was charged €7 per day. Likewise, it was clearly stated in my reservation that all taxes were included and they tried to make me pay €14 in tourist tax! reduced to €7 in the end... and all in cash only. Not very professional and especially not very honest...
