部屋は改装されており綺麗で清潔です。ただ、部屋が狭いのが減点です。
チェックインの時、予約が見つからなかった。それで予約書のコピーを持っていたのでどうにか確認が取れました。ホテルのミスと言ってました。

This room was pretty crammed as a regular hotel room with extra beds added for everyone to fit. It was clean and well-stocked with towels, but there weren’t enough blankets. The breakfast was fairly good, and the service for breakfast was great. The only complaint would be that a maid told us to check out well before the actual checkout time.

The staffs were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was bare minimum. Location is very good close to Central Station, I felt the area a bit unsafe but being a metropolitan city i think it’s expected at city centre.

Location around Piazza Garibaldi. Good breakfast (included as a courtesy in our case). The center of Napoli is ugly...it's not a problem with the hotel...that's how the city is. Take it or leave it...

L’hôtel est idéalement situé : à 5 minutes à pied de la gare centrale (Garibaldi) et de l’arrêt de la navette Alibus qui relie l’aéroport et également à 5 minutes du centre historique de Naples. La chambre est de taille convenable avec vue sur une cour jolie et tranquille, loin du tumulte du carrefour Garibaldi. Le petit déjeuner est servi sous la forme d’un buffet varié salé & sucré notamment les sfogliatelles à la crème de pistache qui sont un régal. Le personnel de réception est sympathique. Seul petit bémol : on m’a annoncé au check in que le petit déjeuner était compris puis le lendemain, il m’a été facturé 7€ par jour. De même, il était bien précisé dans ma réservation que toutes les taxes étaient comprises et l’on a essayé de me faire payer 14€ de taxe de séjour ! ramenée à 7€ finalement … et le tout uniquement en espèces. Pas très professionnel et surtout pas très honnête …
