The hotel is very nice and clean, very good location for visitors. Only one problem is there is no hot water, but that is ok to stay for only a few days.

Terrible Hotel. This hotel is absolutely bad. There is no front desk at all. When you arrive, there’s nobody there, and there is never anyone on duty. When you need help, there is no response. I booked two nights at this hotel. On the first night, I had a small issue in Naples. I left my luggage in the room and went out for a trip, but my return ferry to Naples was unexpectedly canceled. I asked the hotel to let my roommate in, but they refused. Since there is no front desk and no one on duty, they said my roommate would have to pay extra for a separate room. They even said, “If you took the key, that’s not our fault,” and refused to offer any basic assistance. Their attitude was extremely rude! Although the cancellation of my ferry was an unexpected situation, it was extremely bad that they refused to help my roommate enter the room, especially when they gave us only one key for two guests. The next day, we finally checked into the hotel, but even more outrageous things happened! First, the hotel advertised breakfast, but in reality, they didn’t provide any breakfast at all! Secondly, the air conditioning in our room was broken! We contacted the hotel to request repairs, but received no response at all, because they don’t even have a front desk! This left us to spend the night in the cold. Third, the electrical outlets in the room were loose and posed a potential safety hazard! Fourth, not only did they advertise breakfast when there wasn’t any, but they also claimed to offer luggage storage, which wasn’t available either since they don’t even have a front desk. This hotel is terrible, with rude and unhelpful service, broken facilities in the room, and no front desk to assist you. The actual services and conditions are completely different from the description! I strongly advise everyone not to book here! Finding another hotel nearby would be much better than this one! I’ve noticed that the hotel likes to respond to negative reviews with attacks on the reviewer. I’m curious, how will you attack me this time? Everything I’ve said is the truth. You could say we didn’t stay the first night, but we definitely stayed the second night. And your terrible service and poor room conditions are things we experienced firsthand, and they are all facts. 非常差劲的酒店。 这个酒店根本就没有前台，你去酒店根本就没有人在，平时也不会有人值班。需要人帮助的时候根本就没有回应。 我在这家酒店订了两个晚上。我在那不勒斯的第一晚出了点小状况，当天我把行李放到房间就出去旅行了，然而我返程回到那不勒斯的船票被意外取消了。我叫酒店给我的室友开门，但被他们拒绝了，毕竟他们压根就没有前台也没有人值班，还说我室友只能额外从他们那里花钱订另外一间。他们甚至还说“你把钥匙拿走了那就不是我们的过错了”，完全不肯提供一点基本的帮助，态度傲慢之极！虽然说我船票被取消了没能成功赶回酒店是意外情况，但酒店在只给我们两个入住人配了一把钥匙的情况下，拒绝帮忙给另一个入住人开门，是非常恶劣的情况。 第二天我们成功入住了酒店，但是更离谱的事情发生了！首先，酒店预定的时候写了提供早餐，但是他们事实上根本就没有早餐！其次，我们的房间空调是坏的！我们联系酒店要求他们维修，却根本得不到他们的回复！毕竟他们连前台都没有！害得我们在寒冷中度过了一个晚上。第三，房间内的插座也很有问题，是松动的，随时都会有安全隐患！第四，不仅预定时写了有早餐实际上没早餐，预定时写了有行李寄存，实际上也没有行李寄存，毕竟连前台都没有。 非常差的酒店，服务态度恶劣无礼，房间内设施损坏，甚至没有前台为你提供帮助，酒店实际内容和描述严重不符！强烈建议大家不要预定！随便找周围别的酒店都比这家强太多了！ 我看到酒店很喜欢在差评的后面回复一些内容攻击差评者。我很好奇，你们还能怎么攻击我？我说的每一句话都是事实。你可以说我们没入住第一晚，但我们的确入住了第二晚。而你们的恶劣服务，和糟糕的房间内部服务，是我们全部经历过的，且全部是事实。

Very nice position, the accomodation is great and with good furniture.

Nicely decorated and newly built bed and breakfast just a stone's throw from Naples Railway station and Garibaldi metro stations. Clean, and good service with friendly staff. On the first floor of a building, easy to reach by stairs or with an elevator. Family-friendly place. Good AC, electric blinds, and smart TVs. Good value for money.

The location is quite convenient, as it is a 5-minute walk from the Centrale station. However, the exterior of the building appears quite old, and there is a charge for using the dated elevator. Despite the old-world exterior, the room has been newly renovated and is clean and tidy. Additionally, the staff are very friendly and welcoming to visitors.

Very closed to Metro , central station and airport bus station . Even though my room is facing to main street you won't feel very noisy at night .

Highly recommended!!! I love Naples!! This hotel is very close to the train station and the rooms are very clean!! The service was excellent!! I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Naples!! Highly recommended!! The freshly squeezed juice shop and cafe downstairs are very convenient!!

I needed a place to stay for three nights and four days in Naples from Turkey, and chose this place because it was both affordable and conveniently located. It encompasses both Naples Centrale Station and Garibaldi Station. Naples itself is a city with a very dirty and scary surface, but this place was fortunately located right by the subway. Avoid staying too far from the station in Naples. The roads are too rough to lug around a suitcase, and the place is full of trash and dog poop. I chose a place as close to the subway station as possible. The two-room room was cheaper than in Turkey. The room was clean, and the bathroom didn't smell. The only downside was the running water. Breakfast was limited to bread and coffee.

The entrance was hard to find and there was no one at the front desk. Perhaps because it was Christmas, no one answered the doorbell no matter how many times I rang. I couldn't even check in. If there's no one there, I wish they wouldn't allow reservations. I managed to find a room available at a nearby B&B hotel, but I almost ended up sleeping outside. I definitely don't recommend this place.

Clean new apartments, so new that construction dust still settles on the floor. Comfortable beds, electric blinds on the windows. Everything is very clean and nice in the bathroom. Of the minuses: the coffee at breakfast is terrible, the guy at the reception is not very friendly, breakfast is a croissant, jam and coffee / tea. In general, the sights are not far away, it is convenient that the bus to the airport is nearby and all the taxis are right there. Also, there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room, although before and after this in Rome and in the same Naples we were everywhere.

The hospitality is warm, you have to make an appointment in advance to check in

The pro's are that it's in the center of town with all services and shops right there. It is very close to the train station. There was plenty of hot water and the room was large, clean and comfortable. It is on the 4th floor, no elevator, no internet and is not fancy at all. It is very reasonably priced. Overall, it's a good deal for the little money I spent.

Comfortable, impeccably clean room with balcony area overlooking Garibaldi Square. Easy walk from Garibaldi station, near ATMs, the metro, and restaurants. Friendly host who provided espresso, juice and warm cornetti each morning. Garibaldi Square can get quite noisy, but it was quiet with the windows closed. We stayed only two nights, but will definitely be back on our next trip.

Welcoming and well organized staff. Spacious, clean and well-equipped rooms. In one word, super recommended. The only flaw is the slightly noisy area (near the station). We will gladly return. Also good for going with small children.
