The staff were extremely helpful and as we’d arrived in Naples earlier than expected they let us in to leave our cases in reception and even managed to get our room ready earlier than check in. Room was excellent. Bedding great quality and an extremely comfortable memory foam mattress. Shower room was stunning too with a good powerful rain shower. There was a lovely balcony to see over the busy street, but when the doors were shut there was hardly any street noise. ** The streets are not easy to pull your suitcase along 😭 but it’s not far from either central or Garabaldi stations

Where do I start? First off, shoutout to the staff — they were incredibly kind, helpful, and the only redeeming part of this stay. That said, the hotel itself? A complete letdown. From the moment my wife and I walked in, she nailed it: “It looks like a nice prison.” And that vibe never really went away. When checking in, I was handed a janitor’s keyring like I was about to lock up a high school gymnasium. The staff had to walk me through which key goes to which door, at which time, and how to even approach each lock. Key cards? Never heard of ’em, apparently. The shower situation was laughably tragic. They didn’t provide soap — yes, you read that right — so I had to lather up with the only thing available: shampoo. The “modern” shower fixture looked great in theory, but it was barely attached to the wall. One of the knobs came off entirely every time I tried to adjust the water, and the temperature range was basically hellfire to glacial tundra, with no in-between. Then there was the sink. Most hotels offer hand soap. Here? A bottle labeled Multipurpose Cleaner. Hard pass. The bathroom did include a sauna, which could have been cool, but given the general state of the place, I didn’t feel like risking my life for some sweaty relaxation. I just wasn’t in the mood to die on a Tuesday. All in all, the staff deserves five stars. The rest of the experience? One star feels generous.

We flew to Naples from Shannon IRE. We needed somewhere handy and central to stay that was near the train station as we got in at 10pm and were heading to Rome the following morning. The suites contacted us via WhatsApp once we booked to give us details of arrival and a self check in as there would be nobody on site when we arrived. They were in touch with us often and let us into the suites remotely. Everything was very smooth. They even gave us some vouchers for local amenities and were happy to give recommendations when I asked! The room was clean, spacious and modern and hosted a balcony over the city. It was a bit noisy from the street all night. It would have bothered us more if we were staying for a longer time. Also to bear in mind you will need to pay €9 city tax on top of the stay. Would recommend for something handy and central for couples not looking for a typical “hotel”.
