they are taking 200 euros deposit , extra charging than cleaning 5 euro per day and 5 euro per day extra expidea charges i dont know what that is

The room was very clean, with relatively complete facilities, nice view outside the window, and convenient transportation near the subway station. But the English of the receptionist was very poor. The English level was not very good, and the accent was heavy. I couldn't understand it at all when checking in. And check-in was after 3 o'clock, and the door was not opened before 3 o'clock because of lunch break. We were exposed to the sun for more than 3 hours.

Experience to repeat the location in the historic center gold box service very useful and economical. The room was very clean and modern in a very ancient context. The hot tub was the extra touch for a top experience. The driver Gaetano very friendly showed us many places to go to spend a pleasant day and helped us with the check-in. Excellent location, central, easy to get around and visit the center on foot or by metro. Unfortunately a broken bed, and rooms not very clean, television not working. Excellent price to spend a night in the center, easy to reach and enter

Terrible experience! They charge "returnable deposit" (of 200 euro on 60 euro booking) that they returned only after 3 months after repeatable complaints with the booking provider platform. Room was really bad as well. Crooks. Be aware!
