Regarding hygiene issues, our linens are changed for each guest and professionally cleaned and disinfected in a washing factory. If you encounter red spots on your body, you can first contact the hotel front desk to solve it for you. We always put the health of our guests first. Unfortunately, Xiaoyue did not receive your request; regarding the hot water problem, the engineering department is fully overhauling the equipment and strengthening daily maintenance to avoid such a situation from happening again; as for the air-conditioning problem you reported, the hotel uses central air-conditioning. The temperature in Nanning has been high recently, and the hotel's air-conditioning provides cooling 24 hours a day. According to your feedback, did you turn on the air-conditioning button?
