We love this hotel. It's perfectly located close to the river where a lot of people hang out during the evening and close to a lot of shops, a foodstreet and restaurants. The hotel has style. People are friendly and their breakfast is complete.
Please know that the swimming pool isn't open till the 1st May. And a cosy family room is not big enough for three adults and a 15 year old, it doesn't have enough beds. So we bought an upgrade to get a huge family room with enough place to sleep and sit.
We had a great stay!

My only complain was with the busboy at Reception. To get him to take my bags out after checking out and flagging a taxi, had to wait almost 30 minutes of him walking around without paying attention. When he finally did after a lot of yelling, he asked for a tip. My reply was for him to improve his attitude and afterwards expect a tip, never ask for one. Otherwise, an excellent hotel, great service, delicious restaurants and many nice employees around the rest of the hotel. Great very large rooms, darn good price too. Well worth the money to stay in.

We started 11/sep to 27/sep two weeks stayed at the hotel, we had little trouble at first day but it all solved which we had upgrade at second day, also the yound boy work at front who can speek very good English was so helpfull when we first day get in to the hotel, the 26/Sep the girl was very helpful to confirmed our flight and oranged a car to send us to the airport on our depature day, we appreciat all they have done for us, many thanks. There are paid upgrade options available at the front desk for a room with an amazing view of the Yongjiang river. The upgrade price is excellent! If you need any assistant, don't hesitate to contact manager Mrs. Xia (Employee ID 962), she provides outstanding service.
If you would like to experience local life in Naning and try authentic local food with local people, take a walk along Qixing Rd (七星路) behind the hotel. You'll find a variety of businesses there, like school, hospital, restaurant, fast food. I recommend Xianchi Bazhen Fenmian (仙池八珍粉面) for Laoyou Noodle (老友粉).

You got a welcoming feeling directly when you go inside this hotel. Everyone is happy and eager to support your needs. Clean rooms good breakfast and a nice swimming pool. Location is also very good, close to shopping and restaurants. I will continue to use this hotel when I’m coming to Nanning.

The service of the hotel was excellent and friendly. The cleaning servicer Chunying Li is friendly and professional for cleaning the room and change the room supplies. Besides, the servicer in the breakfast hall (employee number: 058) is friendly and helpful, who is proactive to serve the customers and said " Good morning" to them every time. The facilities of the hotel is essential. I pretty enjoy the food in the hotel that is delicious.
