The hotel's fire escape is a scissor-type design and complies with fire protection requirements. The fire escape is used as a safe passage for emergency evacuation, not for daily use. Our fire exit on the first floor is normally open and unlocked. You may have gone the wrong way. The hotel's internal passage is not a proper fire escape. Regarding the problem of rags left in the shower room, we will also inform the housekeeping department and make rectifications in a timely manner.
