Hotel is old but the location is near the train station. Some good food outlets nearby. First night encountered a male staff at the reception who refused to help pass money to a delivery. Second day managed to ask a female staff who gladly helped us with the getting the delivery and making payment. Came back one night and found that hotel room was made up but no towels were provided.

Service is so so. Just prompt. This place lacks energy. The people do not seem to be very into their jobs. Perhaps they need more motivation. Yet the location is impeccable. Happy to pay more for more energy.

Friendly staff and clean. I like the breakfast, very good spead considering the low price. Excellent location. Newr the famous lemon duck, near all the shopping malls, in front of subway. What else can you ask for with such low price.

great location with beside mega mall and MRT station. But laundry is the worst, especially the dryer, wait more than 1 hour also not yet dry...

The staff was nice and efficient. Location was amazing. I took the subway D exit and walked, but then found out I could have gone through the subway to the F exit where all the food was. Hotel was nice. I am glad I picked this place based on the reviews even though it was a little more expensive than the other ones behind the Mix C (their reviews about hygiene weren’t good). I would definitely come here again. So close to the subway and the Mic C and restaurants . Breakfast was just downstairs so that was nice too
