這其實就是一個套三還是套四的套間房，裏面的房間被改成單獨的房間了，入住的第一間房進門嚴重的煙味，不是那種新鮮煙味，陳年老煙味那種，衞生間堵的，混合著煙味我們當場就投降了，聯繫退房，老闆説換一間，結果衞生間不堵了，床單上和枕頭上居然有毛髮，實在體驗太差了，聯繫退房不同意，大半夜的不想為了九十塊錢影響心情，就當花九十塊錢參觀了一下老闆的房間吧，有需要入住的自行甄別

睡覺地方非常小，雖然有獨立衞生間。是民房改造的。。有餐具做飯，但是位置太偏僻難找了，最近的地鐵也距離三公里左右，出行遊玩不是很方便。有點臭，明天堅決退房了，老闆人也很難溝通，沒有人性味，住着壓抑。集美們謹慎選擇吧，可能我説實話。老闆不開心開始找理由懟人了。性價比特別的低，大家選擇方便一點的吧～
