The hotel is a bit far and it was very quiet because we stayed on a weekday. However the service was absolutely fantastic. We have 小朱who helped us a lot. She assist us with buying medicine for my sick daughter and even fetched us from the theme park back to the hotel personally so that we didn’t need to wait too long for the bus. The room was spacious and nice and my kids enjoyed the play room and table tennis room.

Nice hotel, the room a little bit hot but the employees help to fix it fast, the playground is good but need to be more clean have paper and the balls are a little dirty, the hot springs was really nice, my kids enjoy a lot this hotel. For sure we will come back again

Staff was very nice and cooperative, very neat and clean hotel. Have a nice playground for kids. Breakfast had western options and a lot of variety for Chinese food.

My friend and I just wanted a break from the city and this was the best decision ever because as foreigners in China, we had someone very helpful (Jack) who catered to all our requests. It was lovely.

Warm stay experience. Although a local hotel, the service is warm. From the gate of the hotel, there was a doorman who opened the door and led me to check in. During the check-in, concierge helped me solve many problems. Thank you a lot, the man named James. Very professional. 👍👍

There is a large swimming pool on the third floor of the hotel, plus several small hot spring pools and two steam rooms! The outdoor swimming pool on the third floor is not open, and there are several small hot spring pools on the fourth floor, which are the so-called cliff hot springs. The area is not large, and the children are not bad for playing in the water. They are all included in the package! The hotel itself is well designed, the breakfast is very good, and the restaurant is not good for the other two meals! There is an indoor children's playground on the 13th floor, and the children are also very happy! The most anticipated supporting playground is too disappointing. Most of the projects are not open, and the ones that can be played are basically the leftovers from the small playground, which is not attractive! However, the hotel is very convenient to pick up and drop off every hour! Don't expect too much if you have played in Atlantis Sanya, it can't be compared! Not in the same grade!
