Hotel Ambience: The Home Inn logo is very prominent, but honestly, a small truck parked there made it a bit crowded upon arrival. However, the hotel is bright, clean, and tidy, and they even have robot service for food delivery. Room Facilities: The room was neat and clean. I was initially concerned about the small space when booking this room, but it was perfectly adequate for two people, or one adult and one child, with ample space. Other appliances were similar, but the details were well thought out: the air conditioner didn't blow directly onto the bed; the TV was easy to operate; the hair dryer was located next to the sink, and it was a very good brand. The clothes hangers and shoe bench were well-appointed, and there were plenty of electrical outlets. Staying for three consecutive nights, not having to swipe the keycard every day was a real relief. Front Desk Service: From check-in, questions, and check-out, the various front desk staff members I encountered were all very welcoming and helpful. This was my first time staying in Xinjiekou, and I regret it. The subway station has approximately 25 exits. It's a 15-minute walk from the station, via 60 or 70 stairs, to the hotel. While not far, it's inconvenient. The subway station itself is full of twists and turns, making it difficult to find your way around. I wouldn't recommend staying in this area. The hotel itself has good amenities and a decent location. The breakfast was acceptable. The toilet was average, the room wasn't very spacious, and the shower was good. However, the soundproofing wasn't very good, and I was woken by noises during the night.

The location is good, on Mingwalang Street, close to the subway entrance and Ocean Department Store. The room is clean and they also provided slippers and toothbrushes for the children.

The next day, I got a heatstroke, but the front desk lady was incredibly helpful and offered me Huoxiang Zhengqi water. Checking out was also smooth and hassle-free. It was a great value for money. I'll stay here again next time and highly recommend it to everyone.
