We had an amazing stay at the hotel. The manager Sasha went above and beyond to ensure we had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious and clean and had a smart tv. There was also a daily happy hour that we enjoyed. The location was also very easy to walk to the city Center. Would highly recommend staying here!

This is a fantastic hotel with great engaging staff who show you around the hotel and explain everything when you arrive. The hotel provides drinks, milk tea and a coffee with a coffee maker in the the room. Downstairs there is a really nice hang out area with a complementary happy hour and tea, coffee and sweets. The decor is very moody and is unique from any other hotel I've stayed in. A huge amount of detail is paid to ensuring presentation is on point. There are nice views from most rooms and the location is nice and close to the middle of town. The only disappointment was $20 to use a carpark. That being said, there is plenty of on street parking if required.

Super modern design, the room was spacious. Lounge hour with free drinks were included. However, the bathroom was small.

It's hard to describe. The hotel only has four or five parking spaces. You must book in advance or you won't find a parking space. There is no parking space even if you pay! It happened to be New Year's Eve. It was too difficult to find a parking space in the city. I searched for more than an hour and couldn't find a free overnight parking space. Finally, I paid to park. The hotel said that you can wash clothes, but the washing machine was broken and couldn't be spun dry. 🥹On New Year's Eve, two people wrung clothes manually there. The dryer was also broken. I continued on the road with a pile of wet clothes. 🥹This is the hotel for more than 3,000 yuan a night on New Year's Eve? The mini bar is pretty good. I don't know if the hotel is too full and there are no rooms or what. In the past few nights, the hotels booked by Ctrip are either attics or rooms opposite the laundry room. 🤔

This is the hotel I can't wait to write a review for. It is located near the Queenstown Botanical Gardens, outside the city center, and is quiet in the bustling city. I especially like the hotel's facilities and services: First of all, I called in advance to inform the itinerary, but I didn't expect that I would be arranged to check in early, which increased my time for sightseeing as I only had one day in Queenstown; secondly, the room is large, beautiful and smells good; the hotel not only provides free snacks and drinks, Nespresso coffee machines, triangular tea bags, and even milk is provided free of charge, but it is also the only hotel in New Zealand that provides toothbrushes and toothpaste; the TV channels are also complete, and you can watch Netflix, just say it's good or not; a small balcony overlooks the cherry blossoms and the night view of the town, just say it's worth it; happyhour provides wine; especially the front desk, enthusiastic, smiling, I feel very comfortable. I will choose to stay in this hotel in Queenstown for a few more nights on my second visit, so that I can visit the surrounding towns. I’m not good at translating above into English, but I do hope this hotel could keep providing superb and hospitalized facilities and I want to thank the staffs for their kindly and warmly permanence!

Very good 😌 Service and happy hour

I have booked a hotel with Ctrip for 10 years, and this is the most disappointing time. 1. I originally wanted to book a suite hotel across the street. Finally, we booked this hotel because of its garden and breakfast room. 2. As a result, the hotel cost nearly 3,000 yuan per night, and the breakfast was a cold meal. There is only food on one stand in the photo. 3. The photos of the hotel in the introduction are not realistic. Picture 2 is the so-called restaurant. Completely different from the restaurant in the introduction 4. The hotel is very small. There is only one receptionist at the front desk who is responsible for reception and setting out breakfast.

The location is very good, and it is close to the town center of Queenstown. The room is also very big, and the bathroom facilities are good. It is within walking distance of the station. I took the bus to the airport with my suitcase. The wall color of the room is a little dark. Everything else is good.
