Madam Janet thank you for extending a late check out for us and for your warm hospitality, Nafula Christine you are a gem at the reception with your big heart keep it up. The lady at the breakfast area, thank you for making us feel so welcomed and taken care of. "My stay was great. The hotel is located in a very convenient place. It's very quiet and serene making it your perfect getaway despite it being literally in town. The rooms are spacious and in immaculate condition with great views of the sunset if you get to stay in ones facing West. The food was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Simon at the front desk. I also really enjoyed the sauna. 10/10 all round."

"I will disappoint you by only rating the food. It's a place for folks to chill and take it slow. The aesthetic is very attracting. The best milkshake I have had yet. I tasted the tropical shake. There's more than enough ice cream in the shake. Its The pie is average. I'm a fan of pie with that crusty exterior so I am disappointed. The meat, however, compensates for this. Masala fries are average. Plain fries have the bite you'd want. No crunch in masala fries. Plus the salad is average at best. For a snack place. You'll be sure to enjoy it."

"I am posting my 12 yo son’s review written from his perspective. Upon our afternoon arrival at the resort, we were greeted warmly by the staff. My younger brother (9) and I (12) embarked on an exploration of the premises. Within minutes, we stumbled upon a swimming pool. Returning to the reception area, we were welcomed with glasses of delicious mango juice. We were then escorted to our room, which boasted a stunning view of the caldera in which the resort was nestled. Surrounded by lush foliage, the room provided a scenic viewpoint that was truly breathtaking. Inside, we found our beds neatly made and the room spacious. A further inspection revealed a large bathroom and an additional kids room. Excited by the discovery of the pool, my brother and I were slightly disappointed to find leaves and debris in the pool. However, upon our request, the staff brought it to a pristine condition within 5 minutes. We enjoyed a good swim before changing and resuming our exploration while my parents went for a massage in the spa. The dinner options were enticing, offering both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes over three courses. A cozy fireplace in the dining room was a nice prelude to the sumptuous meal! Overall, our experience at the resort was memorable, marked by excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and comfortable accommodations. The initial cleanliness of the pool was a minor setback, but the staff’s quick response and the overall cleanliness of the resort more than made up for it. We look forward to our next visit."
