The rooms are sparkling clean, beds neatly made, clean towels and the lady in floor 6 is wonderful. Madam Janet thank you for extending a late check out for us and for your warm hospitality, Nafula Christine you are a gem at the reception with your big heart keep it up. The lady at the breakfast area, thank you for making us feel so welcomed and taken care of. We will definitely be back, not to forget the security guard at the reception area your warm hospitality was felt as well. Thank you all."

"Average hotel in Nakuru. Breakfast is ok but not great. Very limited items. Staff service is good. Room is good. Bathroom is average. Didnt even get hot water in the night. It seems you get hit water only dueing the day time. Stayed briefly for 1 night. Overall, its an average hotel."

"My third visit to this little camp which is part of a foundation helping disadvantaged people, particularly girls, by giving them training for a career in hospitality. It is well run, in fact they cannot do enough for you. Rooms are spacious, comfortable, have views over the Crater, and they even offer a hot water bottle. Good food, simple surroundings to make one feel at ease. Absolutely love it and will go again. It is so friendly. Lovely massage by Lucy, interesting walk in the Caldera. All the staff were excellent."
