Clean Hotel with well maintained rooms

The hotel is good and all the staff are excellent, reception, room service and all services. But unfortunately the hotel is bad, bad, very bad. Check-out is only at 12 noon. There is no understanding or tolerance.

Two bottles of water are all you need. If you need water, please buy it at a nearby market. There are many kinds of restaurants nearby.

The room is OK, but the big staircase at the entrance makes it inconvenient to carry luggage

Neijilan is the better one.

The environment and services are very good

Very bad experience, there was no hot water for three days I endured showering in cold water even though this was a Radisson. There was no parking and someone hit my car in the street. Look somewhere else.

This hotel is everything you would expect, even in a relatively remote part of Saudi Arabia, close to the Yemeni border. Security is very tight with armored vehicles outside and a metal detector in the entrance. This should not make you shy away from this place. Apparently, the local governor lives in the hotel. Hence the security protocol, which has nothing to do with the Yemen situation. Great amenities, pleasant staff, great location with international fast food brands abound in the vicinity. Don’t miss the historic and natural highlights of the Najran area, though!

The room was well kept and standard to Park-Inn's benchmarks. Breakfast was table service and was quite varied and delicious. Would recommend providing breakfast options to avoid wastage and over-consumption. Okay check-in experience but great check-out experience

The place is quiet and has an excellent location within the services, on the main street and near parks and the public promenade in Najran. But parking is limited and it is sometimes difficult to park due to the hotel being located on the main highway. The breakfast was excellent and the service was exceptional from the staff at the reception and the restaurant.

A very wonderful hotel, in addition to the beautiful reception, especially from the dear sister at the reception, who helped us in a decent manner..and also the distinguished location, close to everything, and the presence of a nearby supermarket, many restaurants, and a distinguished café.

A unique and comfortable business trip, with your help in providing a beautiful hotel service...with a special location and a beautiful staff...visiting Najran for the first time and it was a business trip that I enjoyed. The cleanliness is upscale, the furniture is beautiful, and the staff is the most beautiful. The only note, and it was explained to me, is that there is no parking because it is fully booked
