Great hotel with fantastic ambience. Perfect for business discussions and family holiday. The staff was extremely helpful, and the crowd was the best sort too. Will definitely book again for business and family stays.

We just checked out of Palacina the Residence and the Suites. Everything about our stay was wonderful. It started with a confusing text from ******* regarding my credit card. I called Palacina and spoke to Dennis who assured me, all was good. (We were about to get on a plane so was stressed already. His reassurance was certainly calming.) We were delighted he was at reception when we arrived from our 19 hour trip. Our suite was amazing (lovely jetted tub and separate shower) and the suite was decorated wonderfully. But truly it was the people who made the visit memorable. Besides Dennis, there was Roy who showed us around and chatted with my husband about music, Andrea the manager who was a delight to talk to, many of the names we have forgotten unfortunately (the always smiling housekeeper, the waiter who we chatted with for some time one night (Thomas?) the always smiling and helpful breakfast staff). BTW the breakfast was everything we could hope for, fresh fruit, eggs to order, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. Next time we are in Nairobi, this is where we will stay.

I love this place! It is like an oasis in the heart of Nairobi. This trip was combined both business and pleasure and it works perfect for both. Excellent to have meetings and business dinners but then to have the possibility to unwind in the pool both outdoors and indoors is really an extra plus. This time we had all our meals in the hotel and the food is excellent and the service is so attentive and pleasant. Huge thanks to Andrea and her so caring team for a lovely stay. We will be back soon!

This is absolutely one of the finest hotels we have stayed in on our many world travels. It was our first time in Kenya, we arrived late in the evening after a long journey from western Canada, and immediately felt much of the stress melt away when we received a warm welcome and a cold glass of tree tomato juice. (Yes, tree tomato -- tamarillo -- new to us, but we encountered it often during our East African travels.) Stanley helped us get our bags to our large, gorgeous apartment which had sandwiches, fruit and cookies waiting for us. A great start to a great stay. And all the staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. We even came back when we had occasion to return to Nairobi later in the trip. Truly a luxurious experience!

Our first stop on a safari trip through Kenya took us to the Palacina and I'm so happy we landed there. We were early to check in but the staff took our luggage and welcomed us with coffee and a lovely seat on the patio while they got our rooms ready. The rooms are large, bright, and very clean. The beds had mosquito netting over them but we never saw one the whole time we were there. The bath had an excellent shower and sink area. We did not use the tub but it looked lovely. There is also a sitting area with TV but we never turned it on. We did enjoy the balcony looking out over the garden entrance. We had several meals there and all were well prepared and tasty. The staff can not do enough for you. They are always happy, eager to help, and attentive without being intrusive. Security here was also good with staff checking the entering cars and a large fence around the entire complex. There are a world of amenities we did not take advantage of due to our touring schedule including the pools, spa, etc. but perhaps on our next visit to Nairobi we'll be lucky enough to stay here again.

I spent my Birthday at the penthouse at Palacina Suites and boy was it a beautiful experience!!! The warm reception from the gate and reception areas by the Palcina team was so heartwarming - with everyone having a word of kindness for me on my special day. I was overwhelmed with gratitude at the attention to detail put in my room to celebrate me. My highlight was a birthday note from the Manager Andrea, that meant a lot and a cake from the staff to celebrate me. As always, my favorite meal at Palacina is BREAKFAST which i enjoyed very much:-)..I was home away from home and I cannot wait to come back again soon. I highly recommend Palacina Suites for all kinds of special occasions. Thank you for making me feel special!! 10/10 Experience!!!

After 7 days of very early morning starts and adventure, we finally arrived at the Palacina residence and suites, for the final part of our trip. Our suite was very spacious, airy, comfortable and spotless. From the lady that cleaned our room, the staff at the residence as well as the security guards at the gate, each individual was very friendly, attentive and professional. Breakfast was perfect and always accompanied with a great pot of tea, for me! The bar was small and intimate and the private leafy smoking area was very peaceful and relaxing.

Exceptional room with lovely decor, friendly and helpful staff. Couldn’t have been happier with our stay! .Communication from the manager, Andrea, was prompt and assuring. The shuttle from the airport was awaiting our arrival and Peter gave us an informative ride to the hotel. Bravo, Palacina friends!
