The location of the hotel is very good. The lobby on the first floor is also very good. There is a bar and a cafe. However, the hot water in the room is a little unstable.

Timothy is simply the best.He is extremely warm,quite attentive and so willing to recommend delightful options from the menu.The salmon was the truth…the chicken wrap as the starter was A1.Maureen Rubia is so lovely and attentive.I would highly recommend.The sweet lips cocktail is a must try.

We were attended by Oscar.The service was A game.Excellent.He is kind and patient.Oscar made us feel important and his service was just AWESOME…..The food was delicious.Chef Steve even came and recommended the best on the menu.The salmon and tender loin steak was rich and savory…We enjoyed and will definitely be back…….

I had I very fantastic stay at Pullman hotel Nairobi...the service was very welcoming I felt at home especially Gloria,Sam and Ancieta...the food was very delicious big up chef Sampath he was very social to us...the rooms were clean and spacious...am looking forward to come with my family during holiday

I would give the overall service a 9/10. The people are very warm. Denis, Virginia, carol, Steve, Samuel, Lyn, Ancieta, literally everyone was amazing. Not forgetting Virginia. She got me a cute bag. Love it I will definitely cone back for more experience
