The hotel is located just above Nagoya station making it a convenient place to stay. It was very easy to locate too. However, the service are average but generally they are friendly. We chose a city view with a sunrise view. Room is clean and comfortable. Nagoya station is also super crowded.

Room was located directly above JR Nagoya station. With its very convenient location directly above Takashimaya, you have access to many different restaurants via the escalator down from 15th floor. Room was also big and spacious.
Tip: If you want a quiet room, as for a room that is not facing the railway tracks as freight trains run throughout the night and can be noisy.

Super great location as trustworthy of the hotel brand! It’s never disappointing to stay there, as it’s convenient for food, transportation, and international tourist vibes. Hygienic, but lacking a cotton pad for a full range of amenities.

Nagoya JR Gate Tower Hotel is superbly located above the Nagoya Station transport hub linking the JR, Meitetsu and Kintetsu rail networks, as well as the local subway and bus stations.
We liked the quiet elegance of the hotel decor. The room was of a typical city hotel size but the slightly higher ceiling gave a feeling of extra space. The bed was a tad saggy in the middle though.
Pity the hotel doesn’t have public bath facilities that we’ve grown accustomed to in Japan hotels. Would be nice too if they’d included skin care sets for every guest, instead of just one set per room.

Very modern hotel with at a great location - right on top of Nagoya JR station. Plenty of shopping and eating options in the surrounding area.

Very good location and near all transportation center; within and next to the shopping mall, and many restaurants in the mall so that it was very convenient. The room is with very beautiful views too.

我們定的是經濟雙人房，不算大，但在名古屋的市中心，這個價格的房型還是能接受的，設施有智能馬桶、大浴缸、智能設施調控台，挺好挺方便的。酒店地理位置絕佳，樓下12、13樓好多好吃的，再樓下是購物中心，交通很便利，走幾步就有名鐵、JR、近鐵、地下鐵，想去哪裡都非常方便。

預訂這家首先看中的是地理位置。就在火車站樓上，下樓買個票出個門極為方便。樓下優衣庫燈商圈逛吃選擇多。
房間不算大，但兩個人住還是可以的，東西也能放下。
早餐6:30就開門，非常適合需要早出門的旅客。菜品也很豐富。
設施感覺都挺新的，是個好選擇。
