Location for the win! Decent room and bathroom size, with bathtub. Staff was efficient and could converse well in English. We did not opt for breakfast, preferred to get our own elsewhere but understood that if we chose to have our breakfast with the hotel restaurant it has to be settled immediately and not during check out. Express checkout option suited our morning departure. A set of kids amenities was provided to my child during check in, cute! Hotel also included a set of fresh towels for him during daily housekeeping. Highly recommended this hotel for ease of travel especially to airport by train upon departure.

Conveniently located near the train/subway and bus terminal. Mall is just downstairs with lots of food choices and shops. Clean room with great view! Overall a pleasant stay! Highly recommend!

The hotel is located just above Nagoya station making it a convenient place to stay. It was very easy to locate too. However, the service are average but generally they are friendly. We chose a city view with a sunrise view. Room is clean and comfortable. Nagoya station is also super crowded.

Room was located directly above JR Nagoya station. With its very convenient location directly above Takashimaya, you have access to many different restaurants via the escalator down from 15th floor. Room was also big and spacious.
Tip: If you want a quiet room, as for a room that is not facing the railway tracks as freight trains run throughout the night and can be noisy.

Super great location as trustworthy of the hotel brand! It’s never disappointing to stay there, as it’s convenient for food, transportation, and international tourist vibes. Hygienic, but lacking a cotton pad for a full range of amenities.

房間寬敞舒適，因為就在車站上面，晚上也會有貨運列車在跑，多少是有點聲音的，對於鐵道愛好者來説剛剛好，房間之間隔音挺好，窗外還能看到忙碌的車站。噪音敏感人士慎選。

酒店比較新，設施比較有設計感。最基礎房型很緊湊，箱子懟到桌子底下才能放平。
雖然小但是很乾凈，空氣清醒，靠近鐵軌側能聽到火車聲，但不影響睡眠。床邊貴妃椅靠着能看到都市高樓夜景。視野開闊。夕陽，日出，凌晨的大霧都在不同時候看到。
酒店在名古屋站樞紐樓上，雖然到處有指示標識，但在一樓找到入口還是費了一點時間。大堂在15樓，門口平台極其開闊，一直走過去一兩百米直通萬豪大堂。12-13樓是美食節，好吃的非常多。整體不錯的酒店。
