從不寫住店評價！實在是因為房間設施環境與價格不匹配！600多的房費，洗護用品及其迷你，一個女生洗頭髮一次都不夠？！而且沒有護髮素；廁所的排風扇跟轟炸機一樣響，震耳欲聾。房間多處潮濕到掉牆皮。

Upon check in, found the receptionist Indah polite. Good attitude with smiley face.
Room is big and spacious, i like it.
Foodcourt and BCS mall is nearby. Great to relax and go for foot massage.

When we arrived,check in with Trip.Com confirmation number,she can’t find my booking. And waited for 1 hrs , even l gave her my PIN code .She also can’t find my booking .

The bed is firm,and clean with no funny smell even the room look old. But I ask for non smoking room. And it is 1st time I stay in batam hotel ,where I cant smell any smoke in my room and the walk way to the lift. The breakfast was good n coffee too! Easy to move around to massage shop, hair salon, eating area and mall. Thank you.
