Very good location. Few minutes walk to shopping centre, massage centre, food court. Hotel should do some upgrade on their amenities as some are old and not functioning

Stayed here for 2 nights .. location very convenient for market , shopping , local food . How did I missed staying at this hotel for the past few years ! I can’t wait to go again n stay at BCC hotel .. highly recommended

Felt really uncomfortable with this stay and can barely sleep well.
The bedsheets are dirty with stains and greyish, towels also have stains. Service is slow also, I had inform them twice about the change of bedsheet (call & going down to recep).
The room lights are very dimmed, aircon is not cold & theres not hot water for showering too. Even tho we stayed at highest level, we can still hear noise from downstairs past midnight.
The lift is very very slow too.
First & last time staying here.

U seal up all the windows . There is no ventilation . How will there be a flow of air ? The moment I enter the room I keep coughing. Now I feel very unwell. And yr aircon the is on off its so cold I can't off the airport the only was was to take the card out from the central system where every thing offs . I would not recoannd any one to stay till they work out their ventilation syste

Have book the same hotel few years back. Location quite convenient depending upon where u like to visit. Rooms quite big. Cleanliness ok, but structure look a bit old. Overall still value for money.
