The hotel is very close to Nagano Shinkansen Station and the city center, about a 5-minute walk. The hotel environment is good. We arrived at noon. The matcha, sugar, and coffee at the front desk were free to drink. We stored our luggage and went to Togakushi Shrine. When we came back to check in, the front desk upgraded us to an executive room. The room was large and had a massage chair. It was really comfortable to massage a few times after a day of fatigue. This hotel is worth recommending
