The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with enough space to place and open our suitcases. It’s a bit of a walk from shops and stores, but overall it was a good stay and worth the price.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It's about a 7-8 minute walk from Nagano Station, but it doesn't feel far. The breakfast buffet was as good as the reviews said.

Good place to stay if you are in nagano. A 10 minutes walk from the station, but the quiet is worth it. Can visit kamikochi!
