The hotel is nicely situated between the train station and the temple. The room was clean and the staff very efficient. The lobby area had a welcoming area that had free soft drinks and teas and coffee as well as small snacks in the afternoon. We had to delay my arrival a day due to a delay that set us back a day and whilst this was not a problem to sort with the hotel I did still have to pay the full day. Technically this was the rule but sometimes given the trouble we had getting there a little flexibility would have gone a long way.

Good place to stay if you are in nagano. A 10 minutes walk from the station, but the quiet is worth it. Can visit kamikochi!

Great location, within 5-10 minutes walk from Nagano Train Station. Good amenities and service provided by the hotel. Friendly and professional hotel staff. Laundry room has 3 washing machines and 3 dryers that work well. Reception staff can provide change of 100yen coins for the laundry machines.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy, with enough space to place and open our suitcases. It’s a bit of a walk from shops and stores, but overall it was a good stay and worth the price.
