The breakfast was very delicious. The front desk was very friendly when I checked in. Nagano Station is right in front of the hotel, so it's perfect for train lovers. The shower was nice and micro-nano bubbles. I didn't realize when I applied that parking fees were charged separately.

The room is large and the shower water pressure is a bit weak, but overall it's good!
You can get toothbrushes, tea bags, cream, etc. in the underground lobby, which is convenient.

Convenient location,close to 5 minute walk to Nagano station, lots of places to eat and shop. The room was clean and the stuffs members were polite.
