Easy to check-in and check-out. Able to leave luggage before check-in time, this is a plus point. A simple and cosy room. Free drip coffee and umecomb tea at the check-in counter. It is very convenient located near the Nagano JR station.

酒店就在長野站比較安靜的那個出口對面 不是善光寺口 交通十分方便 去白馬的巴士就在那邊 去户隱的巴士在另外一邊 。這個酒店是青旅的價格，經濟型酒店的品質👍🏽 房間很乾凈，外面環境也安靜 一個人睡覺非常舒服。白天在長野遊玩之後還可以泡一下酒店的小温泉 温泉雖小，但是看介紹還是伊豆運過來的天然温泉水 !

住客素質不太高，酒店還是可以的，沒辦法畢竟便宜麼，比較新，地理位置也可以，温泉也比較乾淨，總體來説還可以

Stayed with 3 people (including myself), it is quite a small space yet it’s enough for us to bring 3 medium to large luggage! It’s near to a konbini and just few minutes walk to the Nagano station and the bus stop. Very convenient and would stay here again!!

It was a terrible hotel even with its Onsen. The room was so small, the bed given for 2 adults was a 140cm bed. For us Asian (172cm amd 165cm), the bed even too small for us.
The location is nearby just walk about 300m fro station but you can get better hotel for half of the price.
We reserved 2 nights in this hotel but we can not manage to stay for 1 more night and the night can not be refunded so we just left it, and get another hotel (Grand Chisun Hotel).

Very convenient location, minutes walk from station and with convenient store closed to it. The room was good and since we are non-smokers, the room was treated smoke-free which worked for us. There was an onsen in the hotel and it was good, but slightly crowded when we used it. Good value for service.

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Very accessible and near to Nagano Station. The hotel has an onsen which we also enjoyed.

Clean and worth for money. Location is the best part. Walk to station just cross the street. The hotel have mini onsen is very nice
