Clean with plenty of amenities and as described. Friendly, professional staff. . 2 bulbs not working in the room but they dealt with it straight away.  They also had a collection of quality hair products to try.  Small rooms but they made the most of the space.

Please change the hotel name on Trip. The name is comfort hotel, but the real name is smile hotel. If you search on google map, you won't find it. You have to search from smile hotel. - The location is near Nagano train station, convenient to travel. - The room is clean. - The hotel restaurant can dispense water and coffee. - The lobby has sake for tasting and shampoo for you to try.

Somewhat outdated rooms, toilet entrance hall was not clean, otherwise fine hotel. Breakfast ok. Good location.
